They were publicly announced on the afternoon of July 4, which saw club captain Jack Grimmer model the home shirt, Bradley Fink with the away jersey and Caolan Boyd-Munce don the third kit. Advertisement Academy duo Joseph Kandala and Kayden Quarcoo, along with Emani Kassem and Jess Watkins from the Women's team, also showed off the new kits in the official reveal video. The home shirt keeps its traditional light and dark blue quarters, but with a twist, as it has been decorated with small rectangles and squares. The away shirt is yellow with a slightly seen swan design and a blue round neck collar. It is similar to the club's third kit between 2007 and 2009. Finally, the third kit boasts a chequered white and green design. Following the release, many fans took to social media to share their views on the new shirts, which were the first releases by Hummel, Wanderers' kit manufacturer, for two years. Wycombe will wear the new shirts in their upcoming pre-season matches before the competitive campaign begins in August. Advertisement The Chairboys will face Sutton United on July 15, Cheltenham Town on July 19 and Barnet on July 22, before taking on Bradford City on the first day of the League One season on August 2.
