The video emerged hours after cops launched a probe into the latest alleged attacks linked to McGill's bitter revenge campaign against Richardson associates. The short video shows a photo taken from the stage during one of the rock legend's recent comeback gigs and comes weeks after TMJ claimed they had binned the PR tactic. A message with a laughing Emoji face and fist appears in the video and reads: 'Did Dale enjoy Oasis?' Last night an underworld source revealed the note was a calculated taunt at Dale who was set upon by gang underlings who spotted him among the thousands enjoying the sell-out Murrayfield show. Our insider said: 'Dale got battered by a few younger lads from Edinburgh at the concert. 'It shows he can't go anywhere without worrying about getting attacked - not even at an Oasis gig. 'The latest video is as clear a sign as any that this madness isn't gong to stop and there will be more violence to come.' We told how a home linked to Dale was attacked in May - one in a growing number of attacks across Glasgow and Edinburgh since March. It happened on May 6 within hours of mobsters destroying two taxi cabs outside Capital Cars in the city's Gorgie Road - which was attacked again early on Monday morning. The latest video also mention the latest incidents at the private hire business run by Stephen Rose whose plush home in nearby Crammond was also targeted. Cops stand guard outside Capital Cars in Edinburgh after suspected gang 'firebomb' attack The sinister warning to Richardson: 'You friends stole from us and we aren't going away. 'There is [sic] a lot more of us than you think.' In June the TMJ mob vowed to continue their turf war for 'years to come' in what they say is their final video warning. The message issued to The Scottish Sun went on to issue a dig at cops who have now made 57 arrests as part of Operation Portaledge – the crackdown on the raging war that has included firebombings, shooting and attempted murder bids. It added: 'We will continue our pursuit against the gremlins regardless of Operation Portaledge for many years to come. 'This is the final video we will be releasing. There will never be another video created by TMJ again. 'Don't steal from us. Don't snitch on us. Don't pretend to be us. Or we will target you relentlessly. TMJ accept no imitations.' The claimed end of the PR campaign came days after Police Scotland Chief Constable Jo Farrell warned 'we are coming for you'.

Edinburgh gangsters in chilling 'we're not going away' warning after 'firebombing'

More info Leaders of Edinburgh gang Tamo Junto have vowed "we aren't going away" after an alleged attack on a private hire firm. Those behind the shadowy outfit issued the chilling message in a video on Sunday, August 18. Their message read: "Your friends stole from us and we aren't going away. There is a lot more of us than you think." It came after Capital Cars on Gorgie Road caught fire around 3am on Sunday with two men, aged 25 and 26, later arrested and charged. The capital has been rocked by a series of firebombings for months as a battle for supremacy rages between caged cocaine kingpin Mark Richardson and Dubai-based Mr Big Ross McGill. A source told Edinburgh Live: "It's scary to think they're now targeting cab firms - will residents be safe? It certainly makes you think twice." Edinburgh Live also understands two men with machetes arrived at Capital Cars owner Stephen Rose's home prior to the attack. A source told Edinburgh Live: "People went to his house. He had two security guards outside his home. They were armed, so security phoned the police." The source also claimed TMJ are 'targeting people who they think are providing cash to Richardson'. Police Scotland confirmed a report of a "disturbance" at the property, though no damage or injuries were discovered following a search. Officers are investigating both incidents and treating both under one line of enquiry under Operation Portaledge. Stephen Rose, told our sister title the Record he has "no idea" why he was targeted. He said: "All I know is my house and business were targeted. "People might think it is related to the gang war because of the method of attack with all these firebombing incidents in Edinburgh. "I have local rumours about Mark Richardson having invested in this place, but it is just not true. The business is all my money and it has always been the case since 2013. "I want to just leave it to the police and they can work out who is responsible." Stephen Rose also denied any links to gangland activity when vehicles were attacked at his business premises in May and said that the affected cars were leased to self-employed drivers. Speaking at the time, he said: "We rent out vehicles to self-employed drivers within the Private Hire Industry who operate on ride sharing platforms. "This latest event appears to be an escalation of prior incidents, and we are taking the matter seriously." Richardson was back on the front pages in March this year when members of a group linked to former Rangers ultra leader Ross McGill began a series of attacks on members and associates of the Daniel family in Edinburgh and Glasgow. It was said that an associate of Richardson had ripped off McGill in a £500,000 cocaine deal paid for with fake notes. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 12.20am on Monday, 18 August, 2025, officers received a report of a disturbance outside a property in Barnton Avenue West, Edinburgh. "Officers attended and a search of the area was carried out. No person was found and enquiries are ongoing. There were no reports of any injuries or any damage to the property."

Two men have been arrested by cops in connection with the incident in the early hours of Monday. An Edinburgh cab company has been torched for the second time as a notorious gang took credit for the attack. The offices of Capital Cars on Gorgie Road caught fire at around 3am this morning. Two men, aged 25 and 26, have since been arrested. The firm, owned by businessman Stephen Rose, was previously targeted in May when two cars were torched outside the premises. Tamo Junto - the Gangland enforcers for Dubai-based Mr Big Ross McGill - say they are responsible for Monday's blaze and claim Scotland's terrifying turf war has been reignited. An underworld source said: "The TMJ foot soliders are seriously back on the warpath in Edinburgh." A property on Barton Avenue West was also attacked a few hours earlier, at 12.10am. The source added: "Two guys showed up at a house in Barton Avenue West with machetes during the night, but private security phoned the police." Officers are investigating both incidents. The force said it is treating keeping links to gangland activity, under the Operation Portaledge probe, as one line of enquiry. A spokesperson said: "Around 3am on Monday, 18 August, 2025, we were made aware of a wilful fire at a premises in Gorgie Road, Edinburgh. A gang war erupted on the streets of Edinburgh in March when McGill's Tamo Junto (TMJ) gang went after mob boss Mark Richardson and his associates after the kingpin's men paid for a cocaine deal with fake bank notes. The gang torched a series of properties and businesses throughout the city, before the war spread to Glasgow in April when they went after the Daniel crime clan over their links to Richardson. Stephen Rose denied any links to gangland activity when vehicles were attacked at his business premises in May and said that the affected cars were leased to self-employed drivers. Speaking at the time, he said: "We rent out vehicles to self-employed drivers within the Private Hire Industry who operate on ride sharing platforms. "This latest event appears to be an escalation of prior incidents, and we are taking the matter seriously." The Police Scotland investigation on the gang war in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Operation Portaledge, has led to 55 people being arrested so far. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
