Pop-up library to open in Grimsby after water leak
A pop-up library will open in a shopping centre while investigations continue into the main town centre follows a water leak and problems with asbestos at Grimsby's Central Library in Town Hall new, temporary library will open in Freshney Hayden Dawkins, who is responsible for culture and heritage at North East Lincolnshire Council, said: "We hope that residents will continue to use the temporary service while we determine the extent of the repair works needed."
