See 6 pictures from this year's Glasgow Pride march
Despite weather warnings, the country's largest city was awash with vibrant colour as attendees marched from Kelvingrove to the Barrowlands, where a free festival was held afterwards.
Amongst the marchers was Still Game's Greg Hemphill, as well as hosts Bev Lyons, Miss Bella Houston, Lee Cammy and Garry King.
(Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography)One TikTok user posted a clip of Hemphill waving a pride flag with an audio from an infamous episode of Still Game, where Isa says "Jack and Victor are gay, I saw it with my own eyes".
Though Katie Price, one of the main acts who was set to perform at the event, pulled out at the last minute, entertainment included comedian Karen Dunbar, Eurovision acts including Subwoolfer and Miriana Conte, as well as dance musician Kelly Llorenna.
(Image: Craig McConnell/Catching Light Photography) Amid a scaling back of transgender rights, attendees still marched with pride despite comments from Kate Barker, chief executive of LGB Alliance, who said Pride had "become hijacked by gender identity ideology".

In May, a row broke out over Glasgow Pride working with organisations such as JP Morgan Chase, who have a presence in Israel. Campaign group No Pride In Genocide criticised the move whilst urging Glasgow Pride to express "solidarity" with the "most marginalised in our community, with a focus on trans rights".
In response, the company highlighted that Saturday's event had "no sponsors", that it 'actively support[s]' trans people and said it would 'fight for their safety and rights".
