The influencer delved into their split during her appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she spoke about the moment she discovered Austin was unfaithful while she was pregnant. At one point her voice cracked as she broke into tears telling host Alex Cooper, 'You never cheat on the person you love.' Seemingly speaking of the number of times Austin allegedly cheated, she quipped, 'I don't remember exactly the first, there were just so many' before saying she found out about 'twenty.' Catherine said she found out about his infidelity after discovering a text from another woman on his phone, while she was pregnant. 'I grabbed the phone. This long text comes through "If you really love your wife." I was like yelling, screaming, "Tell me please, please just tell me who that was. I feel so stupid, just tell me. I'm having a baby, please just tell me."' Catherine then adamantly denied Austin's claim that she had given him permission as long as he didn't 'embarrass' her, stating, 'I never, ever, ever said that.' 'I would never want my kids to think that is okay, to cheat on your husband or your wife.' Breaking into tears, she vowed, 'And I will make sure that I raise them, and that they know that they never, ever do that. Because that is so wrong. And you never cheat on the person you love.' At one point Catherine recalled feeling like she was being 'gaslighted.' She questioned, 'Is he telling the truth? Am I just being all in my head?' 'I was so afraid to say "I'm an idiot." I just didn't see it,' she added. Catherine also claimed: 'I never heard him say the words "I cheated" until about a week ago.' When Alex questioned, 'How many more did you find out about?' Catherine replied, 'There was 20 or something.' Catherine's full interview is set to air on Wednesday. Seemingly speaking of the number of times Austin cheated, she quipped, 'I don't remember exactly the first, there were just so many' before saying she found out about 'twenty'; Pictured in 2022 On May 11, Catherine announced her memoir Dolores: My Journey Home: Finding Myself Beyond the ACE Family. The book, which also touched on Austin's alleged infidelity, will be released on July 1st. McBroom didn't deny the infidelity accusations included in the book, but he asserted in a lengthy Snapchat video that Paiz was aware of his behavior throughout their marriage and that they stayed together for years despite it. Austin has previously been accused of cheating on Catherine multiple times. In 2021 he denied the claims, after YouTuber Tana Mongeau accused him of cheating on his then wife. At the time Austin called Tana a 'clout chaser.' The ACE Family, consisting of Austin, Catherine, and their three children — Elle, eight, Alaia, five, and Steel, four — rose to YouTube fame for their family vlogs. However, in January 2024, Catherine and Austin announced their divorce. In their statements, both Catherine and Austin affirmed they had 'mutually agreed' to the split and would co-parent their young children. In her statement Catherine wrote about feeling 'liberated' while Austin called the divorce the 'hardest decision of my life.' Catherine wrote that their 'paths as a couple have shifted and has created challenges that are irreconcilable.' 'As heartbreaking as this is, I also feel liberated,' she stated. 'I have spent the past few years prioritizing my children and honoring my commitment to my family; all the while I seemed to be losing myself and my own personal happiness.' Meanwhile Austin wrote, 'We created one of the greatest stories, almost a decade together, so many memories, so many accomplishments but every book comes to end.' 'And now we will be writing a new book as separate authors.' The last video on the former couple's channel was uploaded in June 2023. Catherine has since moved on with tattoo artist and painter Igor Ten.

"Now, I know how that's not normal," she explained regarding their lack of intimacy. "At the time, I thought we were going through a lot. There were a lot of bad things happening around us. We have children, we're overworking, we're tired, we're stressed. We're anxious." E! News has reached out to reps for Austin for comment and has not yet heard back. Although Catherine pointed to Austin's infidelity—which he admitted to in his Snapchat Stories May 12—as the reason for their relationship's demise, she admitted that she didn't handle challenges in their marriage well, either. "I'm a huge part of this problem," she said. "I take full accountability for being in a relationship with someone and also not pursuing intimacy. Although I was disgusted and I didn't want to be intimate, I didn't have these very serious conversations like, 'Hey, maybe we should go see a therapist, maybe we should do couples therapy.'" "This wasn't normal, going another year without being physically intimate," the influencer continued. "It is such an important part of a marriage and a relationship." Austin claimed in his Snapchat posts that not only did Catherine know about his extramarital affairs, but she condoned his decision. However, she vehemently denied the accusation. "One thing he said that really just was a punch to the gut was, 'Yes, I cheated and she was OK with it as long as I said you don't embarrass me,'" she told Alex. "That is not true. I never ever said that. I would never say that. I would never want my kids to think that it's OK to cheat on your husband or your wife." For more celebrity breakups, keep reading. YouTuber Catherine Paiz reveals why Austin McBroom's cheated on her in new memoir about life behind The ACE Family
Catherine Paiz is not holding back anymore. After years of silence, speculation, and social media scrutiny, the former YouTube matriarch of The ACE Family is peeling back the curtain in a memoir that is already shaking the influencer world. In her newly released book, Paiz dives deep into the emotional rollercoaster that was her relationship with Austin McBroom, and yes, she finally confirms the rumours: he cheated. Who are Catherine and Austin and why were they famous? For years, Catherine and Austin played the role of internet royalty, painting a picture-perfect life for millions of subscribers. But behind the vlogs, Instagram filters, and brand deals, Paiz reveals she was living through a painful reality. In one of the most heart-wrenching chapters, she describes the moment she learned of McBroom's unfaithfulness. According to Paiz, it was not just about the act itself, it was about everything she had built her life around suddenly collapsing. Catherine Paiz spills tea on her relationship with Austin McBroom: 'He cheated…' She reportedly wrote that the moment of discovery was not just betrayal, but 'the realisation that everything she had believed in, loved, and trusted was never what it seemed.' For a woman who had spent nearly a decade crafting an online empire with McBroom, that blow was nothing short of devastating. The memoir, which tackles themes of identity, trust, and reclaiming one's voice, is more than just a tell-all. It is a powerful reclaiming of narrative. Paiz opens up about how fame, family, and the pressure of always being 'on' for the internet took a toll on her mental health, especially while battling private issues no one saw coming. Catherine and Austin are officially separated, but is there more to it? The timing of the book is no coincidence. Earlier this year, Catherine and Austin publicly announced their divorce, ending their almost ten-year relationship. The statement, released on Instagram, cited irreconcilable differences but emphasised their commitment to co-parenting their children. Fans were stunned, but for Paiz, this memoir makes it clear that this ending was long overdue. catherine confirmed that austin cheated on herhonestly how can you have a girl like catherine and cheat on her men are so stupid Catherine Paiz opens up about the moment she realized Austin McBroom had been cheating in her new book 'It wasn't just the betrayal. It was the realization that I had been living inside a lie' oh yeah austin mcbroom weird…u weren't getting affection or sex for a year so u decided to cheat on catherine??? bffr. i'm telling u this is whats wrong with men they don't get sex from their significant other so they think they gotta go get it from someone else. As support floods in for her vulnerability and strength, The ACE Family brand faces renewed scrutiny. One thing is certain, Catherine Paiz is no longer the quiet half of a YouTube power couple. She is a woman who has found her voice and is finally telling her truth, no edits, no filters.
