UPDATE (9:20 p.m.)

About 64% of voters approved a proposition on Tuesday's ballot to increase Claremore's sales tax. In all, 1,425 city residents voted on the question.
The extra penny of sales tax will bring in an additional $6 million in revenue annually; Claremore collected $15.5 million in sales tax in Fiscal Year 2024.
