Guardians News and Notes: Gone Fishin'
The Guardians open a three-game series against the Miami Marlins tonight, trying to continue winning series and make a run at a playoff berth.
Paul Hoynes of reports that the Ohio Casino Commission has launched their own investigation into potential illegal betting activity from Luis Ortiz and Emmanuel Clase. All I can say is that I hope when August 31st rolls around, we all get some closure, here. I am tired of people saying 'SEND THEM TO PRISON' or 'innocent until proven guilty!' It looks bad, it probably is bad, no one knows anything yet, just tell us the verdict.
