Silver Alert issued for missing Winnipeg woman
The Winnipeg Police Service has issued a silver alert for a missing 79-year-old woman. Cecile Storey was last seen near Manitoba Avenue and Powers Street at around 9 p.m. on Monday. She is described as four-foot-seven in height with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about Storey's whereabouts is asked to contact the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477. Silver alerts are issued when a vulnerable adult is reported missing.
