Cellcom working to restore voice and text services after outage
(WFRV) – Cellcom customers may be experiencing some frustrations on Thursday morning as there is currently a text messaging and voice service outage, officials say.
According to a release from Cellcom, while the voice service and SMS messaging systems are unavailable at this time, customers still have access to data services, iMessaging, RCS messaging, and 9-1-1 emergency services.

At this time, officials say they are making steady progress in restoring the voice service and SMS text messaging systems, however, there is no timeline for when there will be a full restoration.
