Bid for midfielder rejected
Swansea City had seen a bid knocked back by Lincoln City for midfielder Ethan Erhahon, WalesOnline understands.
The Swans are keen on strengthening their midfield options this summer and had initially identified the 24-year-old as a possible recruit.

In any case, it's understood Lincoln's valuation of the the Scotland under-21 international is seemingly beyond what Swansea are willing to pay, with several other clubs also believed to be taking an interest.
It seems there was a reluctance among Swans chiefs to get involved in what they felt could be a potential bidding war, and the club are understood to have already dropped out of the race for his signature.

Erhahon was a regular for the Imps in League One last season, racking up 31 appearances, and his exploits have clearly caught attention from elsewhere.
Blackburn Rovers, Derby County, Oxford United and Millwall are all among the other clubs linked, along with Preston North End and League One side Plymouth Argyle.
Hull not in for Yates
Hull City are not currently interested in a move for Swansea City strike Jerry Yates.
That's according to our colleagues at Hull Live, who claim that sources inside the MKM Stadium have indicated the forward is not currently an option being considered this summer.
Reports elsewhere had suggested that the Tigers were among a clutch of clubs chasing the 28-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Championship rivals Derby County.
Yates netted 10 goals to help the Rams stave off relegation to League One, but his future now appears uncertain.
WalesOnline understands a decision over his future at the club hasn't yet been made, but there has already been a suggestion they might well be willing to listen to offers as they bid to free up funds for Alan Sheehan's first full campaign in charge.
A return to Derby hasn't yet been ruled out, although again it's not quite clear whether he would be of interest to current boss John Eustace, having been a big favourite with predecessor Paul Warne.
Queens Park Rangers and Blackburn Rovers are the other clubs to have been linked recently, while a move to the MLS has also been touted as a possible option.
O'Dea talks 'at advanced stage'
Swansea City have reportedly moved closer to striking an agreement with Cetic coach Darren O'Dea.
Alan Sheehan has identified the Celtic pathways manager as the ideal candidate to take over as his number two ahead of the new season, and he now seems likely to take the post ahead of the summer.

Commenting on O'Dea's potential exit last week, first team boss Brendan Rodgers said: "I spoke to Darren yesterday on that.

"He came to see me and get my thoughts on what that would be, what it would look like.
"Obviously, I know Swansea as a club and a city better than most.
"So, yes, I think that there may well be a possibility of him to go as a coach. I think in his heart, he still sees himself as that.
"Probably the role he's in now is probably only do-able at a club like Celtic. But I think his heart is in coaching and maybe the possibility to manage later on."

"So, yes, he just asked my opinion on it. And, yes, so we'll see what happens on that."
