Yuzvendra Chahal Rents Rs 3 Lakh Per Month Flat Amid Dating Rumours With RJ Mahvash

Last Updated: Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs 3 lakh per month amidst dating rumours with RJ Mahvash. Yuzvendra Chahal seems to be making moves, both on and off the field! The cricketer has just rented a plush new pad in Mumbai's posh Andheri West amid all the buzz around his alleged romance with RJ Mahvash. For rent, he is paying a cool Rs 3 lakh per month. The apartment is a stylish 1,399 sq ft space owned by actress and host Suri Natasha. Oh, and he dropped a neat Rs 10 lakh as security too. What's fuelling the buzz even more is that this move comes right in the middle of dating rumours with RJ Mahvash. The two have been spotted hanging out quite a bit lately, from cozy appearances to her cheering him on at matches. While neither of them has confirmed anything, fans are definitely picking up on the chemistry. Interestingly, Mahvash had also recently opened up about how proud she was to buy her own home in Mumbai. She shared how emotional it was for her parents to see what she'd built on her own. In case you missed it, Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash first sparked dating rumours back in December 2024, when Mahvash posted a Christmas snap on Instagram with the cricketer and his gang. Soon after, Chahal was seen hanging out with a mystery woman and fans were quick to guess it was Mahvash. The buzz only got louder when the two were spotted at the Champions' Trophy match in Dubai. Their pictures and videos from the stadium are now doing the rounds online. Yuzvendra Chahal's ex-wife is Dhanashree Verma. They were married in 2020 but got divorced on March 20, 2025. ‘Rarely have I heard him want to cheat': Shreyas Iyer's nutritionist Nicole Linhares Kedia shares cricketer's IPL meal plan

Shreyas Iyer has been in top form over the past couple of months. After a series of stellar performances during the ICC Champions Trophy in March, he has returned as skipper of the Punjab Kings for the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season. In a quick conversation with his sports nutritionist and integrated health coach Nicole Linhares Kedia, explored the diet and fitness strategies behind his impressive run. Read edited excerpts below: Q. What does Shreyas' diet look like? Nicole Linhares Kedia: Shreyas' meals are planned and decided upon daily based on his training load, with precise macronutrient targets for protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber. While no two days look the same, the structure remains consistent. Q. Can you walk us through what he eats in a day during the IPL season? Nicole Linhares Kedia: We focus on variety, seasonal ingredients, and traditional roots, ensuring nutrition never feels like a chore but something he genuinely enjoys and benefits from. Here's an example of a meal plan during the tournament season: Breakfast: A power-packed antioxidant smoothie paired with a warm South Indian meal—balanced for sustained energy and gut comfort. Lunch: A mix of protein sources like chicken, lamb, or fish with rice or bhakris, plenty of vegetables, and tasty curries or Buddha bowls. Snacks: These vary based on his activity—examples include avocado pesto chicken toast, sweet potato with sprouts, or bone broth for recovery. Dinner: Generally mirrors his lunch in composition, but is kept lighter if it is close to bedtime. We rotate proteins and cooking styles—tandoori grills, coconut-based stews, or baked dishes to keep it exciting while still meeting his recovery needs. Q. How does his diet differ from when he was training for the Champions' Trophy? Nicole Linhares Kedia: The Champions' Trophy was an ODI series while IPL is in T20 format, so his diet changes a lot. IPL includes a lot of travel, so we have to take into consideration differences in weather, water and availability of food sources while curating his meal plans. Recovery can be challenging on some days, so we have to keep that in mind as well. Q. How does his fitness routine change from off-season to tournament season? Nicole Linhares Kedia: Since I began working with Shreyas, there hasn't really been a true 'off-season'. He doesn't entirely switch off, and his inclination towards healthy choices remains steady throughout the year. He's deeply attuned to his body, which is an ideal trait to work with. In terms of fitness, working closely with his strength and conditioning coach, Mr Sagar, has allowed us to align training, recovery, and nutrition into a seamless performance system. Shreyas has been consistently following the nutrition programme we designed over six months ago, and the results have been inspiring. Q. What are some of his favourite cheat meals? Nicole Linhares Kedia: I think Shreyas' cheat meals would just be a greasier version of what he eats anyway. His choices are innately nutritionally very healthy. Rarely have I heard him want to cheat. If at all, he would go for a good old burger or a Japanese meal without any restriction on quantity.

James Anderson enters The Hundred draft in bid to revive playing career

James Anderson has registered for The Hundred draft as he aims to revive his playing career following his retirement from international cricket. England's leading Test wicket-taker has not played competitively since July but will throw his hat into the ring for a Hundred contract, according to Sky Sports. The draw takes place on 12 March, with the series set to start on 5 August, shortly after his 43rd birthday. Anderson retired from Test cricket last summer, playing his last game against the West Indies at Lord's, and has not played white-ball cricket since 2019. After more than a decade's absence from the T20 format, he signed a one-year deal with Lancashire in January to play T20 and in the County Championship. He also entered the Indian Premier League auction late last year, but was not given a contract. He commented during The Hundred last year: 'Seeing the ball swing around, it makes me feel like I could do a job there.' Anderson, who retired with a career haul of 704 wickets in 188 matches, has been working within the England setup as a consultant coach over the winter, including at the recent Champions' Trophy. England exited the tournament after three losses, with their opening two defeats seeing them knocked out before the semi-final stage, and a final loss to South Africa marked the end of Jos Buttler's captaincy. If he is not bought in next week's auction he could still feature in The Hundred this year as a wildcard or injury replacement. Zak Crawley, Dan Lawrence, and Reece Topley are among the other England players to feature in the longlist for the draft, while U19 internationals Rocky Flintoff, Ben McKinney, Harry Moore and Archie Vaughan are also included.
