Vermont Flower Show comes to Essex Junction this weekend
ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – The Vermont Flower Show has officially begun at the Champlain Valley Expo today, March 7. At the show attendees will 'celebrate and recreate gardening through the ages and discover how we as humans learn from the past as we cultivate our own gardens and plant for the future,' according to the The Vermont Nursery & Landscape Association's website. Anyone in attendance can stroll through different gardens and explore a historical variety of floral arraignments. Tickets are available to purchase online. People can also purchase tickets at the door or at various stores in Vermont. The show is open this weekend, from March 7 to March 9. Shows will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Vampire Weekend coming to Champlain Valley Expo this May
ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – Higher Ground has just announced that Vampire Weekend will perform on Midway Lawn at the Champlain Valley Expo this coming May. The indie rock band, which first formed in New York City in 2006, has played at Coachella, a sold-out Madison Square Garden and more. They will be accompanied by special musical guest Geese. This concert will feature songs from their fifth studio album Only God Was Above Us. Tickets are set to go on sale Friday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m..
