The ‘charismatic' financial adviser at the centre of $253m fraud case
When Charles Napoli first walked into Chris Marco's office in Perth's affluent western suburbs in 2015, he was struck by the marble desks and a wall of Rolex clocks marking time zones around the world.
Marco impressed him with talk about a 27-year career in financial markets, his global network of contacts and access to exclusive investments, Napoli told the Supreme Court of Western Australia last week.
