Byelections called for two P.E.I. districts

Byelections have been called for two districts on Prince Edward Island.
Elections PEI says the byelections have been called for District 9 Charlottetown-Hillsborough Park and District 15 Brackley-Hunter River for Aug. 11.
Advance polls will take place on Aug. 2, Aug. 4 and Aug. 8.
All voting will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Elections PEI says eligible voters will receive a voter information card in the mail before the first advance voting day.
They can also update their voter registration information online or by calling 1-888-234-8683.
The deadline for candidate nominations is July 25 at 2 p.m.
