DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WMBD/WYZZ) — Illinois State is headed to the College Basketball Invitational title game. Chase Walker scored 27 points and Ty Pence recorded his first collegiate double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead ISU past Incarnate Word, 78-73, in the CBI semifinals on Tuesday. The Redbirds will play for the CBI title Wednesday against either Cleveland State or Florida Gulf Coast. ISU scored ten of the final 13 points of the game to win it. Ty Pence scored 15 points while finishing 6 of 11 from the floor and added 10 rebounds.
