Second arrest made for alleged prostitution at St. Charles massage parlor
DESTREHAN, La. (WGNO) — A St. Charles Parish masseuse has been arrested on solicitation allegations.
On May 31, St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office detectives reported receiving a complaint of a female masseuse at the WWD Massage Parlor allegedly soliciting male customers for prostitution.
Kidnapping suspect wanted in Jefferson, St. Charles parishes
Following the investigation, detectives arrested 44-year-old Chen Hongxiu from New York, on a charge of prostitution by massage.
Deputies said this is not the first arrest made at the business for alleged prostitution.
In April 2024, detectives arrested 58-year-old masseuse Fengjie Wang, also from New York. Wang was booked for prostitution by massage and pleaded guilty in June 2024.
