High Town cordon removed after investigation unit visits
A POLICE CORDON in High Town has now been removed, after a crime scene investigation unit visited the scene.
Police had cordoned off part of the city centre from the Hereford bull statue to near Shoe Zone, stretching to near Cards Direct.
The cordon was removed by a police officer, who had been manning the area, along with an officer from crime scene investigation.
Both police vehicles have since left the area.

Earlier, Richard Jauncey, an assistant manager at Cherries and Berries, said he did not see the incident and believed it happened in the early hours of the morning.
He came into work to find the police cordon in place.
A police officer at the scene could not provide any information on the incident.
West Mercia Police have been contacted for comment.
