Actor Prem Nazir's son Shanawas passes away
Thiruvananthapuram: Shanawas, the son of evergreen actor
Prem Nazir
, passed away late on Monday night at a private hospital in the state capital. He was 71 years old. He had acted in more than 50 films and several television serials.
He made his debut in Malayalam film industry through the film Premageethangal that was directed by Balachandra Menon in 1981.
After a long gap, he made his comeback through the Malayalam movie China Town in 2011.
Chitram, Lal Americayil, Jeevitham Oru Ragam, Neelagiri, Kaumara Swapnangal, Kumbasaram are some of the films where he played crucial roles.
He is survived by his wife Ayisha Beevi and two children, Shameer Khan and Ajith Khan. He has three sisters.
