Christina Haack Says Ex Josh Hall Claims His Mom Was Accosted by Stranger in Yoga Class Who Called Him ‘a Thief'

Hall, 43, filed for divorce from Haack on July 15, 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, per documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time. "I will say something that I thought was a little bit funny at mediation," Hacck began in the episode, released on Monday, June 2. "So, at one point, this thing came up where his reputation got hurt or whatever 'cause you know, he was a reality TV star before me, and now he can't be a reality TV star anymore because nobody likes him." "His mom was at yoga and while she was doing her yoga poses, a fellow yogian said, 'Your son is a thief,' during yoga class," Haack continued. The Christina on the Coast star then said that the divorce settlement "was resolved in mediation after I think 12 hours." PEOPLE reached out to a representative for Hall, but did not immediately hear back. Haack went on to credit her attorney for assisting her in the settlement. "My attorney, she's magic," she said. When asked if she needed to pay alimony to Hall, Haack remained tight-lipped, saying, "I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it. It'll be in the doc soon. It'll be public knowledge in a few." Haack and Hall were married in an Oct. 6, 2021, ceremony in Hawaii. The divorce documents obtained by PEOPLE list July 8, 2024, as the couple's official date of separation. Hall was Haack's third husband. She was previously married to Flip or Flop costar Tarek El-Moussa, with whom she shares two children: Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8. Christina Haack might be done with the divorce drama, but she's still feeling the aftermath of her messy split from ex-husband Josh Hall. Yesterday, the HGTV star took to Instagram Stories to open up about her emotional—and physical—recovery from the uncoupling. "After the stress of the mess I created, I've been trying to recalibrate," she wrote. The Christina on the Coast star reveals that since she's been feeling "super achy" ever since she and Hall completed their mediation, which she relates to cortisol spikes. "I know it's flight or fight calming, and my body and brain adjusting to neutral," she writes. We've spent nearly a year reporting about Haack's divorce drama—and it's not hard to see why this period of her life has been incredibly stressful. The former couple separated in July 2024, just days after Haack's birthday, and the split snowballed into a lot of he said, she said. Haack called Hall an "insecure man with a huge ego," while the ex-husband alluded to the designer being "delusional." Footage from the premiere of The Flip Off also showed a tense scene where Hall said his then-wife was "pissing him off." In fact, the divorce got so messy that the two were expected to go to court over the terms of their divorce and alimony. Though the two eventually reached an agreement through mediation—and Haack has found love once again with boyfriend Chris Larocca—she's taking the time to unpack (and heal) from everything that transpired. Previously, Haack revealed she discovered she has anxious attachment and codependency issues—and is working to "break the cycle." Now, she says she physically unwinds with a red light sauna session and heated Pilates class at an Orange County–based studio called Drenched. Naturally, leave it to Haack to find the cutest Pilates studio—one equipped with a neutral color palette and feathery light pendants. While we're happy to see Haack leaving her messy past behind—she's even removing tattoos that were once associated with her ex—we have a feeling she's going lots of love and happiness are in store for the HGTV star. While the duo currently has their hands full with 2-year-old Tristan, Tarek's 9-year-old Brayden with ex Christina Haack recently revealed he's on the market for another younger sibling. "Well, I want another kid," Brayden told E! News' Francesca Amiker in an exclusive joint interview with Tarek and Heather, "to get Tristan away from me." As for the benefits of another sibling—preferably another baby brother—he emphasized that Tristan "can hang out with his other brother and I won't get blamed for everything." Of course, Brayden is no stranger to a life with many siblings as beyond Taylor, 14, Tarek and Christina's eldest, the Christina on the Coast star is also mom to Hudson, 5, whom she shared with ex-husband Ant Anstead. "We're in the see what happens phase," the 37-year-old told E! News in a separate interview. "I have been vocal, probably more than my husband would like, that I would love to have another baby." Along with his hopes of another sibling, Brayden shared his dream vacation in the kid-focused interview ahead of the launch of "Imaginagency," the world's first kid-powered travel agency in partnership with Visit Anaheim. "I think I'd go in a private jet," he shared, "and bring McDonald's with me." He continued, "And then I'd swim with pigs in the Bahamas. And then I think I'll go cliff jumping." But he also shared he's always happy to stay closer to home with a trip to Anaheim, adding, "it has so many fun things to do." "You can always go to Disneyland," Brayden said. "You can go to Angel Stadium, that's my personal favorite." Tarek echoed the sentiment, sharing that for his family, "it's all about experiences." Christina Haack settles divorce from Josh Hall, says she 'can't wait to move on' after third marriage
Christina Haack has settled her divorce from her third husband, Josh Hall. The 41-year-old HGTV star announced the news of the settlement nearly ten months after she and Hall both filed for divorce last July. "Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation," Haack's representative said in a statement to Fox News Digital on Saturday. "She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process." Details of the settlement between Haack and Hall were not made public. On Friday, the "Christina on the Coast" host celebrated the settlement in a post that she shared on her Instagram Story. Haack thanked her legal team, led by Wasser, who she referred to as the "disso queen." "You are all a true class act," Haack wrote. "I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace…I appreciate you all beyond words. I have learned so much under your guidance." "And I'm grateful to have this behind me," she added. "I can't wait to move on with my life and focus on what's ahead and all my blessings." Haack later shared a video of herself clinking wineglasses with a friend, noting that she was "celebrating." A representative for Hall declined to comment on the settlement. Haack was first married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018. During their marriage, the former couple welcomed two children, Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, and also starred alongside each other on the HGTV show "Flip or Flop" from 2013 to 2022. After finalizing her divorce from El Moussa, Haack and "Wheeler Dealers" star Ant Anstead tied the knot in December 2018. The two welcomed Hudson, 5, in September 2019 went on to divorce in June 2021. Haack and Hall began dating in March 2021, and secretly married in October of that year. The former couple later had a formal ceremony in Hawaii. In July, Haack and Hall both filed their own divorce petitions, each citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the dissolution of their marriage. Hall requested spousal support and asked the court to terminate Haack's ability to receive spousal support from him. "I can't wait to move on with my life and focus on what's ahead and all my blessings." Meanwhile, Haack requested the court terminate both of their ability to be awarded spousal support. In a court filing, she stated that Hall "should not need" spousal support because he has his own source of income. "I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I did not ask for," Hall wrote on Instagram after the divorce news broke. "I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the internet is forever." "We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don't know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are." However, Haack and Hall's split quickly became contentious and both have slammed each other on social media. Prior to filing for divorce, Haack and Hall filmed footage for the HGTV show "The Flip Off" alongside Tarek and his second wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. However, Hall only appeared in the premiere episode of the show due to his split from Haack. During a February episode of "The Flip Off," Haack shared an update on their settlement negotiations as she claimed that Hall had continued to make her "financial offers" and "wants to retire off me." "Honestly, if I would've really understood the repercussions of all of this, I would've gotten a prenup or I would've never married him," she said, per People. During a March appearance on Sirius XM's "Jeff Lewis Live," Haack said that she and Hall have "mediation next month, hopefully." But when asked if the two were close to settling, she responded, "No. I don't know. Hopefully. It has not been close, but you know, mediation's good." Meanwhile, Haack and Hall have both moved on since their split. In January, Hall posted a birthday tribute on social media to model Stephanie Gabrys on his Instagram, seemingly confirming their relationship. "Happy Birthday to this real life [angel emoji]," he captioned a photo of Gabrys sitting on his lap. Haack has also moved on with boyfriend Christopher Larocca, CEO and president of Network Connex, and has been giving her followers a look at their relationship on social media.
