This makes the hybrid sedan about ₹ 29,900 more expensive than earlier. Honda City Hybrid: What's on offer? The Honda City Hybrid is the only one of its kind in the midsize sedan segment. The sedan draws power from the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with an electric motor. The motor produces 122 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque, paired with an e-CVT automatic unit. The City Hybrid aces when it comes to fuel efficiency with an ARAI-certified 27.1 kmpl. The model gets a dedicated EV mode that allows the car to run on electric propulsion alone, further helping lower emissions. There are minor visual changes on the hybrid model compared to the pure-petrol version, while the other features have been carried over including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Apart from the City Hybrid, the Honda Elevate comes with benefits worth ₹ 76,100, while the second-generation Honda Amaze gets discounts worth up to ₹ 57,200. Notably, the second-gen Amaze is only available in the S trim with manual and automatic transmission choices. There are no additional offers on the third-gen Amaze, albeit existing Honda car owners will be able to avail discounts. Lastly, the Honda City petrol gets benefits worth ₹ 63,300 in May 2025. Nevertheless, the Honda City e:HEV still serves as a premium option in the mid-size sedan category. It is equipped with a hybrid powertrain that pairs a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine with two electric motors. This combination generates a total output of 124.27 HP and 253 Nm of torque, and it is mated to an e-CVT transmission, enhancing fuel efficiency while also reducing emissions. The City e:HEV comes with a variety of features, including Honda Sensing technology, which encompasses advanced driver-assistance systems like adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and collision mitigation braking. Additionally, the sedan provides a roomy interior, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and an extensive comfort package. While the new pricing may impact buying choices, the Honda City e:HEV remains an appealing option for those seeking a sedan. Honda offers discounts up to ₹77,000 on Amaze and Elevate models
Honda Car India has introduced exclusive promotions for the second-generation Amaze, City, City Hybrid, and Elevate for the month of April. The company is providing substantial discounts across its vehicle range, which includes a loyalty bonus, buyback offers, an exchange bonus, corporate packages, and a complimentary seven-year extended warranty. Below is an overview of the available offers. Honda is offering benefits of up to ₹63,300 on the City model, while the City Hybrid comes with total benefits reaching ₹65,000. These offers apply to all variants of both models.
