Naomi Shocks WWE Fans With Successful Cash-in at 'Evolution'
Naomi Shocks WWE Fans With Successful Cash-in at 'Evolution' originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Naomi has left WWE fans in shock following "Evolution 2025." Rhea Ripley took center stage with Iyo Sky for the main event of WWE "Evolution 2025." Sky entered the match as the WWE Women's World Championship. "Raw" general manager Adam Pearce allowed Sky to pick her challenger for the all-women's PLE. Advertisement Sky chose Ripley because she wanted to face the best contender. A singles win over Sky continues to elude Ripley, as Naomi made a stunning cash-in. With both Ripley and Sky down on the mat after wrestling at a rapid pace, Naomi's music hit. She ran down to the ring with another referee and made her cash-in official. Naomi sent Ripley into the ring post and hit Sky with a split-legged moonsault to score the pin. Naomi, a "SmackDown" superstar, now holds "Monday Night Raw's" biggest female title. Naomi will now enter "SummerSlam" as a member of the red brand. The biggest WWE event of the summer is less than a month away, so the build to Naomi's first title defense could start as soon as Monday's episode of the red brand. Advertisement Ripley and Sky will likely have plenty to say about what transpired at the conclusion of "Evolution 2025." If Naomi can hold on to her championship through the rest of the month and past "SummerSlam," then she could already have her "Clash in Paris" challenger locked in. Stephanie Vaquer won the battle royal at "Evolution" after eliminating Lash Legend to secure a world title opportunity. "La Primera" performs on the "Monday Night Raw" brand and has become one of WWE's fasting-rising stars. This story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Jul 14, 2025, where it first appeared.

Stephanie Vaquer wins battle royal at Evolution 2
SummerSlam is a two-night extravaganza this year but there's another event in August at the end of the month that will be equally anticipated by many. Clash in Paris will hit France on Aug. 31 and a women's championship match awaited the winner of the 20-woman over-the-top battle royal at tonight's (Sun., July 13, 2025) Evolution 2 premium live event from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Nikki Bella, Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, Alba Fyre, Zelina Vega, Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame, Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, B-Fab, Natalya, Maxxine Dupri, Michin, Ivy Nile, Candice LeRae, Nia Jax, Lola Vice, Stephanie Vaquer, and United States Champion Giulia were the 20 women who got the chance to book their ticket. Advertisement Jordan got the big elimination save spot: The final four ended up being Bella, Vaquer, Jax, and Legend. While it was a strong run for the legend of the match, perhaps fitting enough, she was tossed by Legend. Lash and Vaquer teamed up to take Jax out of the match, eventually setting up a 1-v-1 the crowd was seemingly happy with. The finish was creative — they both went over the ropes to the apron and from there, Vaquer gave her a Devil's Kiss before rolling her off to the floor. Stephanie Vaquer is headed to Paris! After the match, Stephanie McMahon interviewed Vaquer in the ring, even speaking Spanish to do so. Vaquer responded in kind, meaning I can't tell you what she said. She did switch to English to say that it's not her first language but wrestling is her favorite language, and she wanted to say thank you for all the women before her. Then she promised to keep working hard until we remember her name forever. Advertisement La Primera! Get complete Evolution 2 results and coverage of every match on the card by clicking here.
