Police appeal after teenager allegedly assaulted at park
Police are appealing for information after a teenage boy was allegedly assaulted at a park.
Officers were called to Mercer Park in Clayton-le-Moors at around 11.30pm last night (August 15) to a report of an assault.
A police spokesperson said a teenage boy was reported to have been assaulted and that the suspects left the scene.
Police enquiries are ongoing but anyone with information that could assist them should call 101 quoting log 1751 of August 15.
