BlackLine backs Clearsulting's Australia move to boost finance
Finance software platform company BlackLine is supporting the expansion of its partner Clearsulting into Australia, building on their ongoing strategic alliance focused on modernising finance functions.
Clearsulting's entry into the Australian and Asia Pacific market responds to growing interest from organisations in digital finance transformation and is the consultancy's first presence in the region. The firm, a premier BlackLine partner, brings direct consulting services closer to Australian customers with this move.
Both BlackLine and Clearsulting have already worked together across North America and the EMEA region, delivering automation and process improvement in finance and accounting for large and mid-sized businesses. The companies state that entering the Australian market is the next phase in their partnership, creating new possibilities for local companies to access integrated solutions and advisory services.
Access to expertise This expansion reinforces BlackLine's commitment to growing our partner ecosystem and providing Australian organisations with access to trusted global expertise as they navigate change and build long-term resilience in their finance functions. Clearsulting brings deep technical expertise, strong industry credentials, and a forward-thinking approach to digital finance transformation. We're delighted to have them in-region and to work side by side to help our mutual customers modernise their finance operations and scale with confidence.
The collaboration is positioned to offer BlackLine's software suite together with Clearsulting's consulting capabilities to organisations at a time of increasing digitisation within Australia's finance sector. BlackLine Regional Vice President APAC, Rosie Cairnes, and Campbell Travis, Channel Director, Strategic Alliances, were present to welcome the partnership's formalisation in-region.
Partnership momentum
Dan Beaufait, APAC Lead at Clearsulting, said that prior results from the two companies' work in other geographies directly encouraged the move towards Australia and the wider Asia Pacific. Our partnership with BlackLine was a major factor in our decision to expand into Australia and Asia Pacific. Their support in other regions, and the strong backing from local leadership, made a huge difference in building the business case to bring things down under. It's been a great partnership so far, and we're excited to keep that momentum going locally.
According to Clearsulting, their consulting specialisation in digital transformation complements BlackLine's technology solutions. The companies expect that Australian businesses seeking to enhance their finance operations can now access experience based on international implementations and expertise.
Expanding into Asia Pacific
Marc Ursick, Founder & CEO of Clearsulting, emphasised the opportunity to bring their approach to a new audience in the region. We're excited to expand into APAC and support clients across the region. This move allows us to bring our proven approach and capabilities to a new market, helping more organisations transform their finance functions and drive global results.
Clearsulting's local presence is set to facilitate closer collaboration with BlackLine and enable tailored assistance to Australian and Asia Pacific organisations undergoing finance transformation.
The two companies intend to continue working together to help clients in the region streamline key finance processes and adopt digital tools that can support long-term resilience and operational scalability.
