Cusat publishes results of CAT
Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) has published the results of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The option registrations for BTech/BLet programmes will start from Thursday onwards. The applicants have to register their option on or before June 20, according to a release. Adil Sayan of Kozhikode won the first rank in the test for admission to the BTech programme. Cochin University CUSAT CAT 2025 Results declared for UG, PG Courses: The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has declared the results of the All India Common Admission Test (CAT 2025) today, June 4, 2025, at 12:30 pm. The entrance examination was conducted on May 10, 11, and 12 for admissions into various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the university. A per data received from the university, a total of 47,486 candidates had registered for the test this year. The results are now available on the official university websites at and For admissions, the top rank was secured by ADL Zayaan from Kozhikode. Niranjan R from Malappuram secured the second rank, followed by Mahir Ali T, also from Kozhikode, who secured the third rank. In the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, Hridin S Biju from Kasaragod secured the first rank, and Akshay K from Malappuram secured the second rank. In the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, the first rank went to Sabari Nath K S from Kottayam, while Gheemal Paul also from Kasaragod secured the second rank. The first rank for admission to the Five-Year Integrated BBA LLB (Hons)/BCom LLB (Hons)/BSc LLB (Hons) (Computer Science) programmes was secured by Keerthana T P from Thrissur. Muhammed Nidash from Kannur secured the second rank for BBA LLB (Hons)/BCom LLB (Hons), while Meera Lal from Ernakulam secured the second rank in the BSc LLB (Hons) (Computer Science) programme and the third rank in the BBA LLB (Hons)/BCom LLB (Hons) category. The third rank in the BSc LLB (Hons) (Computer Science) category was bagged by Aashi Sinha from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The university has also released important dates for the counselling and option registration process. Option registration for BTech/BLet programmes will begin on June 5, and candidates must submit their preferences by June 20, 2025.
