Mira Rajput reveals her favorite evening snack, here's why you should try it too

Who doesn't love a chai with pakodas in the evening? But, sometimes going the healthy way can be beneficial too. Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, revealed her favourite healthy evening snack on her Instagram stories. 'Just me and my soup,' she wrote. Kanikka Malhotra, Consultant Dietitian & Diabetes Educator, told why soup is an excellent snack for several reasons. First, being primarily water-based, it helps keep you hydrated, which is essential for overall health. Soups can also be nutrient-packed, offering a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants depending on the ingredients used, such as immunity-boosting vegetables and lean proteins. Additionally, soups are gentle on the digestive system, making them ideal for those with sensitive stomachs or anyone looking for a light yet satisfying snack. The warmth and texture of soup can also provide a sense of fullness, helping to curb cravings and prevent overeating. Mira continued and shared her recipe for a clear veggie soup in the next few stories, which includes lots of vegetables, no store-bought stock, and a touch of sesame oil for flavour. She suggests adding coriander leaves or green onions for extra taste, describing it as super light. -Tomato Basil Soup: A classic comfort food, this soup is rich in lycopene, an antioxidant linked to heart health. -Lentil Soup: Packed with protein and fiber, lentil soup is a hearty and satisfying option. Add a sprinkle of roasted flaxseeds for extra flavor and crunch. -Vegetable Broth with wheat Noodles: A light and refreshing choice, this soup can be customized with your favorite vegetables. -Sweet Potato and Coconut Milk Soup: This creamy and flavorful soup is a great way to enjoy sweet potatoes, a nutrient-dense root vegetable.

2 Fresh Collabs From Jordan x Téla D'Amore & 3sixteen x Saucony Serve Bold Colours & Custom Vibes

July's looking good for sneaker fans. Two standout collabs just dropped – one from Téla D'Amore and Jordan Brand, and another from 3sixteen and Saucony. Whether you're into bold style or natural vibes, these kicks bring something fresh to the table. Téla D'Amore x Jordan Flight Court 'The World Is Your Court' Téla D'Amore, co-founder of Who Decides War, is back in the spotlight with her second collaboration with Jordan Brand. Titled 'The World Is Your Court', the collection travels through global style capitals – New York City, Paris, and Tokyo – bringing together skate, street, and high-fashion influences. This women's-exclusive drop celebrates creative ambition and fearless self-expression. The Jordan Flight Court returns in a new 'Coconut Milk/Varsity Red/Muslin' colourway. The sneaker features a soft nubuck upper with suede accents and visible stitching in areas that naturally crease. A hidden Who Decides War logo sits beneath a wear-away heel layer, while the red Jumpman branding adds a standout detail. Every design choice reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and durability. The heel has a hidden logo that shows over time, adding a cool detail as you wear it. Every part of the design is made to look good and feel great. The Téla D'Amore x Jordan Flight Court 'The World Is Your Court' sneaker launches on 11th July, priced at $US115 (~RM550). The full collection will be available via Nike SNKRS and selected Nike stores. 3sixteen x Saucony Peregrine 15 'Gesso' New York-based label 3sixteen partners with Saucony to rework the Peregrine 15 trail shoe under the concept of 'Gesso'. The name comes from the artist's base coat — a material used to prepare canvases for painting. This collaboration follows the same idea, creating a strong foundation for creative freedom and self-expression. The collection features four unique colourways: 'Indigo,' 'Sunflower,' 'Granite,' and 'Rubia.' Each pair is naturally dyed using techniques developed with Green Matters Natural Dye Company. 'Indigo' uses GOTS-certified indigo, while 'Sunflower' is dyed with weld flowers. 'Granite' blends cutch, iron and chestnut, and 'Rubia' is made with madder root and chestnut. These materials react differently to the dyeing process, creating subtle variations in every pair. Each sneaker is made to reflect the wearer's environment and lifestyle. Over time, the natural dyes will shift in tone, giving every pair a unique aged finish. The collection also invites wearers to further customise their sneakers using natural methods like plant dyes or even coffee staining – adding a layer of personal storytelling to each design. The 3sixteen x Saucony Peregrine 15 'Gesso' sneakers retail for US$190 (~RM890) exclusively at 3sixteen's New York and Los Angeles flagship stores and online. The 'Blank Canvas' edition is set to drop on 17th July, while the 'Granite' and 'Rubia' versions will arrive later this month.

‘I tried Olivia Attwood's go-to deodorant—it was a lifesaver in the heatwave'

Shopping Writer Meghan has put Olivia Attwood's favourite sustainable deodorant to the test during the heatwave to see if it really keeps you smelling fresh on hot days Refillable deodorants have become increasingly popular in recent years, thanks to their sustainability, with brands like Wild pioneering the trend. But Wild is not the only brand offering shoppers the chance to pick their preferred deodorant case and scents while benefiting the planet—and Olivia Attwood's a fan. Olivia Attwood recently told fans that she's been loving sustainable brand Fussy and its refillable deodorant sticks —so I thought I'd put it to the test. I recently spent a weekend in Bath, which involved travelling by train and walking around the city during 25-degree heat, so I wanted to try a deodorant that promised to keep me smelling fresh without the need for a top-up while I'm on the go. And by the end of the weekend, I was very impressed. Much like the cult-favourite brand Wild, Fussy offers a reusable plastic casing and refills of your preferred scented deodorant. Olivia shared her recommendations to fans, sharing her favourite fragrance is Jasmine Bloom, a calming aroma combining floral jasmine and fresh green tea. Shoppers can try this refillable deodorant without breaking the bank, as it already has an affordable price tag. The refillable case and four refills of your chosen scent cost £32 directly from Fussy, or you can pick up a three-pack of the scent Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Sage on Amazon for £26. If you want to test out the deodorant without bulk buying, you can grab the case and one refill from Boots for £12. Of the three aromas I chose, the Coconut Milk scent carried me through my warm-weather weekend. This deodorant promises 24-hour protection and boasts all-natural ingredients for those who love a floral and fresh fragrance. It is also vegan and cruelty-free. I applied the deodorant at 8 a.m. before boarding my first train, after a four-and-a-half-hour journey with multiple changes. I spent the day walking all around Bath in high temperatures and very sunny weather, and then went for a fancy dinner without much of a chance to freshen up. By the time I made it home that night, after midnight, my friends were quick to note that I still smelled incredibly. The notes of the fragrance were still noticeable, and there was no trace of that sweaty smell that lingers after a long day. It was even pointed out that the aroma was still present the following morning. Without the chance to top up at any point throughout the day, the hot weather conditions, and a lot of walking and carrying heavy bags, I got through the day without losing the sweet and fresh scent Fussy offered. Needless to say, I'm impressed. This deodorant has claimed pride of place in my go-to products this summer - it promised twenty-four-hour protection and scent that won't get damp no matter what you're doing, and it lived up to that declaration. I can easily see why Olivia Attwood raves about the brand so much. And it's not just me and Liv, shoppers love this brand, as over 25000 reviews pour in. One 5-star rater beams: "I was very sceptical as I had tried a similar product. Thought I would give it a try. I am now a convert. There are no white marks on my clothes, and it works for me. Great product, and my daughter also now uses it." Another shares: "I'd seen lots of influencers recommending Fussy, and when I mentioned it to my son, he told me he'd already started using Fussy and was impressed! He gave me his discount code, and a few days later, I received mine. I chose the coconut fragrance based on his recommendation, and it's very nice! So far, I've been pleased, so I hope this continues when the warmer, sweaty weather eventually comes! For my next order, I've chosen a couple of different scents to try, so I hope they're as appealing as the coconut! Give them a go if you're yet to try! Oh, and yes, they're better for the environment and for your body, no harsh chemicals and recyclable." More love comes in this comment: "I started using Fussy around two months ago, and it's the best ever! It smells incredible, and there is no smell at all, unlike when I tried every other deodorant with all the chemicals, and trust me when I say I have tried every single one out there. I love Jasmine Bloom and Parma Violet; I'll never go back to anything else!"
