Or if only your peepers are affected, wrap an ice cube in a make-up cloth and hold it against your under-eye for a few seconds. PRIMER POWER: For a lighter holiday look, just use a great primer and concealer instead of foundation. Once you have prepped skin with your moisturiser and SPF, wait five minutes before applying your primer. To soften, make sure the lid is screwed on tightly then submerge the tube in a mug of warm water for a few minutes. You can also try adding one or two drops of saline contact lens solution to the tube directly, seal and shake.
