The public is asked to use the south entrance, accessible via the parking lot, where an intercom system is available for entry. Police also noted the new building is fully accessible. Incidents such as theft, property damage, mischief, and sexual assault can also be reported online. The main Police Services Building at 580 Second Line East remains open during the same hours for walk-in services. The collision centre, previously located at the main police building, will now operate out of Division 2, maintaining its existing hours, also 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Four designated parking spots will be available for drivers involved in collisions. To streamline collision reporting, residents can begin the process online before visiting the centre in person for vehicle photos and final documentation. Authorities are also reminding individuals that collisions must be reported within 15 business days. Sault Collision Reporting Centre - Moved The collision reporting centre in Sault Ste. Marie.
