Unsuspecting tourists 'ruin' couple's perfect moment in hilarious blunder
A beautiful setting of blue skies and white Mediterranean houses, a gorgeous couple, and the perfect moment to propose. That's where one romantic young man decided to propose to his Greek girlfriend Natali, in the paradise setting of Santorini in Greece. Kev Arrieta, who is Colombian American, picked the perfect spot, a cobble-stoned pathway overlooking the ocean, the blue sky above, the azure sea below, and the blue and white houses of Santorini all around. Pic: Instagram/Natali Melani He set the camera up discreetly, his girlfriend oblivious to what was about to happen, and then got down on one knee, and holding a beautiful diamond ring aloft, asks his girlfriend Natali to be his wife. Suddenly a middle aged couple ramble into view, completely blocking the recording, the woman musing and pointing to the distance while her travelling companion, perhaps her husband, rambles into shot, with what looks like a snickers #chocolate bar in his hand, and they stand smack bang right in the middle of the shot, while our Romeo is completing his proposal in the background. The video has since gone viral, clocking up over 2.7 million views on Instagram. The young romantic couple who travel the world together and document their journeys under the heading Travel, Chaos, Comedy and Love as @twobeamsonelight seem to have taken it all in their stride while the comments keep coming in to their social media pages. We hope the chocolate-munching couple in the video also enjoy their unplanned notoriety, having been made famous by the unsuspecting romantic couple in Santorini.

American in UK goes to farm shop for first time and prices leave her floored
Farm shops are loved by people in the UK for their fresh and local produce - particularly fruit and vegetables - and an American woman living in London decided to visit one herself For many people, doing the weekly food shop and stocking up on groceries is becoming increasingly expensive, with inflation making everyday items more pricey than they used to be. The cost of essentials has gone up, meaning lots of households feel the pinch as they try to stick to a budget. While supermarkets are often the easiest and most convenient place to buy groceries, there are alternatives, like farm shops. These outlets are known for selling food and produce grown on a farm or nearby and have become popular places to buy locally sourced fresh produce. However, as they often boast the best quality produce, they can be expensive. An American woman living in the UK went to a farm shop for the first time and was surprised by the prices. Melissa is a Colombian American who moved to London and now documents her life in Britain on TikTok. In a recent video on the platform, she shared her experience of shopping at Forest Farm Shop on Forest Road in Ilford - an independent, family-run shop and garden centre, where the food products are sourced locally - including fruit and vegetables, meat, bread and cakes. In her TikTok clip, Melissa said: 'I'm an American in London and you guys told me that I had to try a farm shop so welcome to Forest Farm Shop.' The first item that caught her eye when she walked into the store was a box of 'adorable' Cacklebean free range eggs from Cackleberry Farm in the Cotswolds. She then browsed the homeware section, where she found some throws and a rolling pin that looked 'so cute.' Melissa then moved back into the food section, where she said: 'This is something that I've been eating more since I moved here and it's mustard. 'I don't know why before I didn't really used to love it and now I absolutely love mustard on everything.' The expat then picked up some Galaxy chocolate chunk cookies for £1.50 and she had a look at the bread section where there were large loaves for £2. After this she explored the fruit and vegetable area where shoppers could buy cherries for £8.99 per kg, flat peach for £3.99 per kg and apricots for the same price per kilogram. Melissa opted to get a box of strawberries which were £5 each and passion fruit at a price of 80p each. Picking up a passion fruit, she remarked: 'They have passion fruit, that's crazy. In Colombia we have this and we make it into a juice and it's so nice.' However, she noticed that they 'feel different' but decided to get three to see what they look like inside. Next, Melissa picked out some vine tomatoes that retailed for £2.99 per kilogram. She added the spring onions were 'so cool'. She also noted the price - two for £1.50, or 99p each - and deemed it to be 'not bad'. The shopper continued: 'Little gem lettuce for £1.50 each, yes. Beautiful fresh lettuce.' The cabbage and cauliflower looked 'gorgeous' to Melissa, and she got some potatoes for £1.99, revealing that she's a 'huge fan of potatoes.' Leaving the farm shop, she loaded her car boot with two shopping bags and a crate of water. Sharing her final thoughts, she said: 'That was absolutely amazing. I mean, did you hear those people? I will be coming to this farm shop every single week, wow. 'British people are just another level of kindness.' Her TikTok video has garnered close to 200 comments and a number of viewers commented on the price of the products at the farm shop. One said: 'Those are good prices for a farm shop. The produce looks so good too. Our local garden centre, Lowdens has an amazing farm shop, restaurant and plant sales.' Another added: 'These prices are so good for a farm shop. Can't beat a farm shop. Always such great quality.' A third claimed that farm shop prices are 'outrageous' but Melissa responded to share that she felt the prices at Forest Farm Shop were 'really good.' A fourth user chimed in: 'My farm shop is great but it's REALLY expensive.' Melissa replied: 'I expected for it to be expensive too but was pleasantly surprised.'

Music reviews: Morgan Wallen and Kali Uchis
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Credit Morgan Wallen's ongoing domination of Billboard's album chart this decade to "a particular strain of the modern American mood," said Maura Johnston in Rolling Stone. "The love-me-or-leave-me attitude that animates his glowering songs is as American as apple pie," and the country megastar's new two-hour album plays that particular tune about three dozen times. The 32-year-old Tennessee native knows he's misbehaved more than once when he's been drinking, and he never pretends he's about to change. Some people love that; some hate it. The haters may miss that Wallen's polished country rock is "well-crafted and hooky while not being immune to the occasional stylistic left turn." The 37 songs on I'm the Problem are "mostly about consequences, which also makes them interesting," said Amanda Petrusich in The New Yorker. Sure, some lines are "unbearably corny," and the music is "utterly faceless." But Wallen is almost always "singing out the ways love can sour," exuding "the unpredictable energy of a wounded animal." Besides, he has "a kind of uncanny magnetism that can elevate a mediocre song." Kali Uchis is "a master of atmosphere," said Mark Richardson in The Wall Street Journal. The Colombian American singer "makes music that hangs in the air like a cloud of smoke," whether she's mining hip-hop-inflected soul or Latin club music. On her lush fifth studio album, she "goes even deeper into dreaminess, landing in a place best described as ambient R&B." The opener, "Heaven Is a Home," is about love and family, but the "swooning effect" of Uchis' vocals mixing with 1950s-style strings is "so transporting that the lyrics are easy to miss." Give Sincerely a close listen, though, and you'll discover that the album contains "her most revealing lyrics yet," said Suzy Exposito in the Los Angeles Times. The 30-year-old Grammy winner wrote these songs while reconciling with her terminally ill mother and preparing to give birth herself, and each track reads like a letter to someone she has loved. Sincerely is mildly monotonous, "like other people's happiness can be," said Alfred Soto in Pitchfork. Still, Uchis can be counted on to deliver "candy-colored reveries and gossamer love-me-downs." In that realm, she "hits a peak on Sincerely."

Kali Uchis pours her heart into new album ‘Sincerely'
Kali Uchis wrote the album she knew her future self would need to listen to. The Grammy-winning artist unknowingly was crafting her own audible remedy. 'I really did make the music that I needed for my grieving process, for just the place that I'm at in my life right now,' she says of the album out on Friday. 'Sincerely,' (yes, the title includes the comma) began as a collection of letters to herself, friends and loved ones but took on a deeper meaning as the Colombian American songwriter gave birth to her first child and processed her mother's recent death. The first single, 'Sunshine & Rain...,' includes a clip of Uchis' mother saying, 'Good morning, sunshine.' 'I wanted to immortalise her in the project,' said Uchis. 'I thought it was just a beautiful way to open the album.' The 14-track album finds Uchis proudly wearing her heart on her sleeve with songs like 'Daggers!,' where Uchis encourages a close friend to lean into self-love, or 'ILYSMIH,' which includes baby coos at the beginning and was written as she lay in her hospital bed with her newborn. Uchis hopes that after listening to her fifth full album, fans will feel more connected to themselves and more in touch with their emotions: 'I hope it will give them some type of solace.' How was working on this album healing for you? It's crazy because a lot of times I feel, and especially with this album in particular, I felt that I really made music that my future self would need, that I didn't realise I was going to need at that time. The album is actually dedicated to my mom. My mom later ended up getting diagnosed, and she's no longer here. ... And so pretty much all of the songs ended up taking on a deeper meaning to me because of that and because of it being dedicated to her. ... At the time, I might not have even realized subconsciously that I was making all of this to heal myself. Is that how you got to the title 'Sincerely,'? At one point, I was like, 'I'm gonna make sure each of these songs is like, this is my letter to the world, this is my letter to this person, this my letter to that, this one to myself.' I tried to really conceptualize in a different way that I never have when making any other album. And then ... when my mom passed, a lot of what I had left from her is letters that she wrote to me, and so it ended up, like I said, just more and more reasons for me to realize that it was the correct title for the project. What does that mean to you to have your mother's voice be a part of the album? After she passed, one of the first things I did was go through all of the audio messages that she had ever sent me and I was just listening to all her messages over and over, wanting to hear her voice. When I heard that one I just thought of, 'Oh how perfect is this that the song is called 'Sunshine &Rain...,' and she had said, 'Good morning, sunshine.' It was for my son that she sent that message. I thought it was just a beautiful way to open the album, considering that it's dedicated to her. I struggled a lot with whether or not I wanted to share because I'm a very, very private person. So I struggled a lot with if I even wanted to share that my mom was no longer here, but I felt I just had to not be afraid of that vulnerability and not pretend like it didn't affect me or didn't have some type of impact on me when it had such a big impact on me and still does.
