MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced today that it has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Color Service S.r.l. ('Color Service') for €63 million, subject to customary adjustments. Color Service is a global leader in automated dosing systems for powder and liquid applications. Color Service had revenue of €34 million in 2024, has approximately 140 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Italy. 'The completion of this acquisition will strengthen our powder handling portfolio and opens growth opportunities with complementary technologies for new applications,' said Mark Sheahan, President & CEO of Graco.
