He was attending a friend's mehendi ceremony when he collapsed due to low blood pressure. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was unfortunately declared dead. Rakesh's last rites will be performed at Udupi . Mourning the loss of Rakesh, actor Rakshitha Prem, who was a judge on the reality show he won, says, 'He was the most talented and sweetest guy who had a bright future.
