Councillor meets with German students in Haverfordwest
County Councillor Thomas Tudor, representing the Castle Ward, was invited by Pembrokeshire County Council's Liz Griffiths, Community Youth and Lifelong Learning Manager, to meet the students and teachers from Oberkirch.
The event, facilitated by The Edge Youth Centre, was part of an exchange programme under Taith, the Welsh Government's International Learning Exchange Programme.
Haverfordwest Male Voice Choir provided entertainment.
Councillor Tudor expressed his gratitude and highlighted the importance of these interactions for nurturing future cultural exchanges.
"This is exactly what twining towns from different countries is all about, engaging with the young people who will take these initiatives forward for future generations", he said.
