Neighbors push back against proposed Iredell County data center
A proposed massive data center is already receiving pushback from neighbors in Iredell County.
According to the Charlotte Observer, Texas-based Compass Data Centers wants to rezone 340 acres of Stamey Farm Road.

However, the Iredell County Zoning Department will be holding a meeting to discuss this plan.
A final decision is expected in October.
