(Video) RapidKL Amuses Netizens With Parody Of K-pop Band DAY6's 'Congratulations' MV
If you've never checked out RapidKL's official TikTok account, you might want to start doing so today. The metro system has garnered attention lately with its hilarious TikTok videos, like this recent parody of K-pop band DAY6's (데이식스) music video. Yesterday (Thursday, 5th June 2025), RapidKL shared a new video on its official TikTok account. The metro system's social media team is known for creating funny videos with messages to inform passengers of train and bus etiquette. Most of the videos reference trending topics and memes. However, this particular video went viral amongst K-pop fans for being a parody of DAY6's 'Congratulations' music video. In the original music video, the main character, played by actor Choi Wooshik, reminisces about a past relationship while on a train. He then stumbles across his ex-girlfriend on the train coach. However, she is now with another man. RapidKL's parody replicates key scenes from the music video, including the ending when the main character exits the coach after seeing his ex with a new partner. The video quickly went viral and gained over 120,000 views in the first 12 hours. Most comments are from K-pop fans amused by the unexpected parody. Some even quipped that RapidKL should open a new coach for single people to avoid stumbling across couples, or their exes, on trains. Others wondered if the video hints that the band would return to Malaysia for a new concert. Funnily enough, this isn't the first time the RapidKL social media team has referenced or mentioned DAY6. In fact, one of the people in charge of the TikTok account is known amongst local K-pop fans for being a MYDAY (DAY6 fan). The anonymous team member also posted about DAY6's first solo concert in Kuala Lumpur, showing off their purchased ticket to the show. Some fans are now asking for the RapidKL team to parody other music videos filmed on trains. Post Malone's ex-fiancée's identity revealed as she fights for custody of their child
Post Malone's ex-fiancée is stepping into the limelight in order to try to get custody of her child. Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park filed a petition with the family law division of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, revealing for the first time she is the mother of the musician's 2-year-old daughter. Her child's name is not listed, referenced only as 'DDP' in the documents, obtained by Page Six. The little one's birth date is noted as May 26, 2022. In June 2022, Malone, 29, announced he had welcomed a baby girl and revealed at the same time that he had gotten engaged — though he did not disclose Park's full name. '[At] 2:30 in the afternoon, I went and I kissed my baby girl,' the 'Circles' singer said on 'The Howard Stern Show,' prompting the host to ask, 'What baby girl? Are you referring to your girlfriend or you have a baby?' Malone replied, 'No, that's my daughter.' When asked how he would refer to his daughter's mother, the 'Congratulations' singer clarified, 'She's my fiancée.' The former couple always kept their relationship very low-profile. It's unclear when exactly Park and Malone officially called it quits, but TMZ previously reported they parted ways sometime in late 2024. Since March, the 'Rockstar' singer has been seen going out on public dates with a new woman named Christy Lee, a Parsons School of Design student based in New York City. Most recently, the new couple was spotted on a shopping trip together in Paris. It's unknown whether Malone's public displays of affection with Lee motivated Park to take legal action. According to court documents, the 'Sunflower' singer's ex wants joint legal but is seeking sole physical custody of their daughter and is willing to give the father of one visitation rights. She also wants Malone to cover her legal fees. Under child support, it states, 'The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.' Page Six has reached out to Malone's reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
