'To everyone associated with West Brom, thank you!'
Grady Diangana has issued an emotional statement as he says goodbye to Albion after six years at the club, reflecting on the 'honour' he had of wearing the shirt.
The Baggies have released 14 players following the end of their Championship campaign – a list headlined by the departures of Diangana, Semi Ajayi and John Swift.

As expected, playmakers Diangana and Swift are leaving upon the expiry of their respective contracts.

And Diangana has said a public farewell via Instagram. His post read: 'To everyone associated with West Brom, thank you! I wanted to express my gratitude for the last six years.
'To the coaches, to the players and to the backroom staff, the memories we've created will stay with me for life.
'To the fans, you've supported us through the highs and the lows, I sincerely wish everyone connected with West Bromwich Albion all the best in the future. It has been an honour. God bless.'

Thankful fans responded to the post as well as Diangana's team-mates, with striker Daryl Dike commenting: 'Ugh yep my heart is broken.'
Darnell Furlong posted a love heart and clapping emoji while the club said: 'Thanks for everything, Grady'.
Karlan Grant posted five hearts and former left-back Conor Townsend said: 'Was a pleasure Grady. What a guy.' Alex Mowatt added: 'All the best brother.'
Winger Diangana, 27, joined Albion initially on a loan deal from West Ham in 2019, and made a sufficient enough impact that the Baggies pursued and completed a permanent deal, handing him a five-year contract.

In all, he made 48 goal contributions in 206 appearances.
West Ham skipper Mark Noble famously tweeted at the time of his departure: 'As captain of this football club I'm gutted, angry and sad that Grady has left, great kid with a great future.''
