The semisoft one-bite treats are made with a blend of almond flour, coconut flour, real fruit, dark chocolate, maple syrup for sweetness, and other good ingredients. They come in four flavors meant to evoke classic treats: Lemon Blueberry aims to taste like a blueberry muffin; Chocolate Chip channels a Chips Ahoy; Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip recalls a Reese's; and Cookies & Creme mimics an Oreo. To avoid cross-contamination, the peanut butter variety is produced separately from the others, Berger says.
