Ready to shake it for Luke Bryan? What to know about tickets, parking at JetBlue Park
Country superstar Luke Bryan makes history this month at Fort Myers' JetBlue Park. He'll be the first major musical act to perform in the Fenway South stadium — the popular spring training home of the Boston Red Sox. JetBlue has previously hosted big festivals on the grounds outside the baseball field, including the former Fort Rock music festival. But organizers say this is the first time a major artist will perform on the baseball field, itself. And more concerts are coming, according to Sam Kennedy, president and CEO of the Red Sox. No other shows have been announced yet, though. 'For over a decade, JetBlue Park has been the heart of Red Sox baseball in Southwest Florida, and now we're excited to expand its role as an entertainment destination,' Kennedy said in a March news release. 'Live music is such a huge part of the Fenway Park experience (in Boston) and bringing that tradition to Fort Myers has been a longtime goal.' For many audience members, this will be their first time seeing a concert at JetBlue Park. Here's everything you need to know about getting Luke Bryan tickets and seeing shows in Fenway South: The show starts at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 14, in JetBlue Park at Fenway South, 11500 Fenway South Drive, south Fort Myers. It's part of Luke Bryan's Country Song Came On Tour. Bryan will be joined in Fort Myers by several opening acts, including Conner Smith, Ashland Craft, Adrien Nunez and DJ Rock. Bryan previously performed in Southwest Florida in November 2022 at Hertz Arena. During his career, Bryan has racked up 22.6 billion music streams, 11.5 million album sales and 55.5 million track sales, according to the March news release. His many country hits include 'Country Girl (Shake It For Me),' 'Play It Again,' 'That's My Kind of Night,' 'I Don't Want This Night To End,' 'Drunk On You' and 'Knocking Boots.' Bryan is also well-known as an 'American Idol' judge. To get tickets, visit Parking at JetBlue Park opens at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 14 — two hours before doors to the stadium open at 5 p.m. No tailgating will be permitted. Once the parking lot and fields fill up around JetBlue, people will be directed to official parking areas off site, according to a Red Sox publicist. Parking costs $30 per vehicle if purchased online before show day at The price goes to $35 on Saturday. You can only pay via a credit card. No cash will be accepted. Onsite parking is limited, however. Attendees are encouraged to carpool or use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. Any off-site parking areas that charge more than $35 aren't managed by JetBlue, according to a Red Sox publicist. The food offerings for the Luke Bryan concert are similar to Red Sox spring training events. Food-services company Aramark will sell hamburgers, hotdogs, popcorn, peanuts and more. Plus beer, wine, mixed drinks, bottled water and soda. Other vendors include Del's Lemonade, Dippin' Dots and Maine Shack (which sells New England seafood). To ensure everyone's safety, all visitors to JetBlue Park will be subject to screening through metal detectors and — on occasion — a physical search by a trained team member, according to a concert news release. All bags, and personal items are subject to a physical inspection before entering JetBlue Park. Purses and bags must be single-compartment and no bigger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches. No backpacks, backpack-style purses, duffel bags and other multi-compartment bags are allowed (except for diaper bags and bags containing essential medical equipment). To speed up the entry process, the Red Sox encourage visitors to use single-compartment, clear bags that are no bigger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches. Clear backpacks aren't allowed. These items aren't allowed inside JetBlue Park: Bags larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches; Firearms, including those held by lawfully-licensed individuals or off-duty police officers (that restriction includes ammunition); Knives, box cutters and tools of any kind (including Leatherman multi-tools), or any item that could be used as a weapon; Marijuana (including medical marijuana); Pepper spray or mace; Hard-sided coolers; Cans, bottles and glass containers (except one sealed 16-ounce plastic bottle of water); Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances; Noise-making devices; Laser pointers or similar devices that could be used to disrupt the event; Costumes or costume masks; And clothing determined to be offensive or disruptive by Red Sox management, including items displaying offensive or hateful content. Umbrellas are allowed in JetBlue Park, although park management prefers people bring rain jackets instead. The concert will happen rain or shine, according to a Red Sox publicist. Professional audio/visual equipment is prohibited, such as tripods, monopods and detachable lenses longer than 6 inches. Consumer-rated cameras and video cameras are OK, but audience members aren't allowed to interfere with other people's enjoyment of the show or to shoot the entire show for posting online. Jelly Roll shares one habit that 'annoys' wife Bunnie Xo 'to no end': 'I feel bad for her'
Jelly Roll revealed one "bad habit" he has that his wife Bunnie Xo can't stand. On Friday, Jelly Roll, 40, and "American Idol" judge Luke Bryan, 48, appeared on "The Jennifer Hudson Show," where they participated in a rapid-fire questions segment with Hudson, 43. "What's one thing you do that drives your wife absolutely crazy?" the two-time Grammy Award winner asked. "I feel bad for her," Jelly Roll, born Jason Bradley DeFord, began. "I have this problem I do where I leave a trail of clothes from the front door to the shower," he admitted as the audience groaned. "Everybody's like, 'We hate you.' I just heard women shake their fists at me," the "Wild Ones" singer said to laughter from the crowd. "I know — I've been trying to break this habit, y'all! It annoys her to no end." Meanwhile, Bryan said that his wife, Caroline Boyer, finds his snoring "no bueno" before sharing another habit that irritates his spouse. The "Country Girl" hitmaker explained, "if I put creamer in my coffee, stir the spoon and put the spoon down on the countertop," without placing a paper towel or something else underneath the utensil to "absorb" the liquid, that act can be "worse than snoring." Bryan and Boyer first met when they were college students at Georgia Southern University in 1998. The pair had an on-and-off-again relationship for years before tying the knot in 2006. They later welcomed sons Thomas "Bo" Boyer and Tatum "Tate" Christopher. Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll first met in 2015 after the former sex worker watched the rising country star perform at a concert in Las Vegas. A year later, the two eloped after Jelly Roll proposed to Bunnie XO while onstage at a Yelawolf and Deftones concert. While Jelly Roll's messy clothing habit may vex his spouse, Bunnie XO was quick to defend him over another "little tic." During a November episode of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast, Bunnie XO addressed a viral video of her husband picking his nose and allegedly eating it. At the UFC 309 event at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 16, the camera captured the musician "knuckle deep in his freaking nose," according to his wife. The singer was sitting behind President Trump, Elon Musk and Kid Rock. "Everybody says he ate it, but I saw him roll it in his hand first and kind of flick it and then just touch his mouth," Bunnie Xo said on her podcast. "But for everybody who wants to say he did… First of all, my husband has a little tic, OK? He's always had a little tic, and when he's nervous, he picks his f---ing nose." Bunnie Xo noted that she's usually around when Jelly Roll partakes in his habit, and even if she's not, he "normally doesn't eat them." "The fact that the world is like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe Jelly Roll f---ing is eating a booger…' And for those who said they can believe, you know who we f---ing are," she continued. "We're dirtbags. We pride ourselves on being dirtbags… Let the man eat his damn f---ing booger." Bunnie Xo went on to say fans should be focused on the good the singer does for his community. "The man does so much good in this world, and the lady that posted this… Come on, man. This man is a f---ing angel on Earth who does nothing but good for people, and everybody's like, 'Oop, there's the booger-eater.' "It's just like, how can f---ing childish can we be, dude? I don't care. I love my little Boogie Roll," Bunnie Xo added. The award-winning musician makes a return visit to Orlando's Kia Center on June 13 on his newly-announced 'Country Song Came On Tour.' PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Country music superstar Luke Bryan is headlining another summertime tour and bringing his signature flair to the Pittsburgh region. Bryan will kick off a brand-new city tour this summer dubbed the "Country Song Came On Tour." The five-time Entertainer of The Year will stop at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown on Aug. 2.
