A UNIQUE job opportunity has come up on a remote Scots island - with no rent or bills.
The Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse on the Isle of Skye is looking to hire a live-in hostel assistant and receptionist.

The Cowshed Bunkhouse
The hostel is situated in the village of Uig at the head of Uig Bay, approximately 15 miles from the island's main town of Portree.
The position is full time and on a fixed-term contract, running from September until January with a salary of £13 per hour for between 28 and 40 hoirs a week.
The successful applicant will have a double room in a staff cottage, sharing bathroom and kitchen facilities.
No rent or bills are required to be paid and casual dress is also permitted, meaning the candidate does not need to worry about wearing a formal uniform.
The Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse is a 34-bed dorm-style accommodation with eight en-suite pods overlooking Uig Bay.
According to the Indeed job listing, the hostel assistant and receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests.
The main responsibilities of the position will be a mixture of reception and cleaning tasks.
In-house laundry and occasional DIY duties may also be required.
The hostel assistant and receptionist will answer directly to the hostel manager, working together to provide cover at all times.
Living in staff accommodation is compulsory, as being on-call overnight is part of general responsibilities.

The candidate must also have experience with computers and possess a good knowledge of hostelling.
