Wild Disneyland Brawl Erupts for Pettiest Reason

If the original Disneyland is 'The Happiest Place on Earth,' Disneyland Shanghai might be vying for 'The Pettiest Place on Earth' tagline. As the New York Post reports, the family-friendly theme park turned into the site of a vicious brawl between two couples, one of whom had a young child—all of which was caught on to witnesses, the animosity between the two groups seemed to begin when one couple wandered into the shot while the other was attempting to take a photo of themselves. But quiet seething turned into shocking violence when one couple claimed the other attempted to cut in front of them in line. With dozens of onlookers, including small children, watching, one of the men—decked out in some sort of character hat, while his female companion were a bunny hat—began pushing the other man. All that shoving eventually led to the original pushee throwing an elbow to the face of the original attacker. At that point, the female half of the hat-wearing duo jumped in the middle of the two men and began kicking and grabbing at the face of the other man. While the men continued locked in their tussle, the woman—without losing her bunny hat—instead turned her attention back to the second female, and appeared to shove the couple's young child, who was on the woman's hip, in the face. The unexpected attack cause the mom to begin screaming and drop to the ground with her child—while Ms. Bunny Hat went back to try and get in on the fight between the two men, which soon turned into a chokehold that took the original victim two women and a man—presumably unrelated to either couple—attempted to break up the melee. Disneyland staffers eventually put an end to the skirmish which, somewhat ironically, went down outside the park's Crazy Animal City ride. While the New York Post reports that only minor injuries reported, both couples could be facing a lifetime ban from ever visiting the park under its rules against engaging in any violence. Violent brawl breaks out at Disneyland over queue cutting as young child injured

The fight broke out in the queue of a popular ride at Disneyland Park, in Shanghai, allegedly over one family trying to cut the queue and others trying to stop them A brawl broke out at Disneyland after some visitors became angry over queue cutting with the whole thing caught on camera by a shocked onlooker. The fight, which was filmed by a witness, involved a couple, and a family of three and shows a man wearing a black t-shirt had grabbed the other man, in a white t-shirt, by the neck. They both wrestled each other as a woman wearing a hat with rabbit ears attached to it repeatedly flailed out her arms. She tried to hit both of the men before running at a visitor, part of the family of three, who carried a child. The woman hit both of them, including the little girl, which caused the mum to break down into tears and crouch on the ground. ‌ ‌ She kept the child tightly in her arms and held her close to her chest. As she cried, the focus went back to the two men as the woman wearing the rabbit hat went to join in on the scuffle. The man in the white t-shirt who appeared to be part of the family, was wrestled to the ground after he fell on some steps. When he hit the floor, the woman who was still holding her child became hysterical as she reached out her arm to the man. She then stood up and grabbed the woman wearing the hat, and began to shout. The shocking scenes attracted a large number of tourists who watched in horror, as reported by NeedToKnow. According to local press, the couple and the family engaged in an argument over a queue. It has also been reported that the couple tried to have a photo together which was blocked by the family. What began as a heated exchange quickly turned into a physical confrontation. The fight took place near the ride called Crazy Animal City, at Disneyland Park, in Shanghai, China. ‌ Security personnel who work at the park intervened and were able to break up the fight. It is not known whether those involved suffered consequences as a result of their actions. Local press have reported that tourists may face a permanent ban on entering the park if they engage in violent behaviour.
