Calvin Harris headlines Creamfields Asia 2025

Creamfields is landing in Bangkok for the very first time – and it's not just a rerun of that Pattaya gig from 2022. Nope, this is Creamfields Asia 2025, fresh-faced and rebooted, hitting Impact Exhibition Hall 5-10 on December 13-14. A proper debut, with new organisers ready to shake things up. If you didn't know, Creamfields started out in the UK back in '98 as a one-night club bash thrown by the legendary Cream promoter. Fast-forward, and it's grown into the granddaddy of EDM festivals, taking over the late August Bank Holiday weekend with a monster line-up and branching out internationally – from Abu Dhabi's desert to a Phu Quoc mega-complex. Now Thailand gets a slice of that glowstick magic. This time, the party's indoors, spanning a whopping 33,000 square metres, co-hosted by Live Nation Tero, UTA Venture and Live Nation Electronic Asia – so it's serious business. And to kick things off, they've landed Calvin Harris as the first headline act on December 14. Yes, that Calvin Harris – the festival veteran, billion-stream member and fresh dad whose beats have powered collabs with Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Dua Lipa and Sam Smith. The full roster is set to drop 50 artists across four stages, promising enough bass drops to make your phone vibrate through December. If you want in, early bird tickets – general and VIP – launch August 8 at 10am and run until August 10, 11.59pm on Thai Ticket Major's site here. Tickets are all-standing, priced at B7,000, with VIP access available for B12,500. So, remember this, prepare your glow sticks and start planning your festival fit – Creamfields Asia 2025 is gearing up to be the winter rave. Here's the event poster

Calvin Harris to headline ‘Creamfields Asia 2025'

Creamfields will make its Thailand debut with "Creamfields Asia 2025" at Impact Exhibition Hall 5-10 on Dec 13-14. Mind you, a Creamfields-branded event was held in Pattaya in 2022, but this new Creamfields Asia is a total reboot with new organisers. Creamfields is an EDM festival series that began in the UK in 1998, organised by club promoter Cream. It started out as a one-night event before growing into an EDM fest over the late August Bank Holiday weekend in the UK and eventually expanding into international editions from Abu Dhabi to Vietnam. 'Creamfields Asia 2025' will be (thankfully) an indoor EDM extravaganza co-hosted by Live Nation Tero, UTA Venture and Live Nation Electronic Asia. It will cover 33,000m² and promises hit-making DJs from across the globe. They bring out the big guns by announcing Calvin Harris as its first headliner. The festival veteran, billion-stream-club member and new father has had many hits through his collabs with Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Dua Lipa and Sam Smith, as well as remixes. The full line-up will feature 50 artists across four stages. Early bird tickets, general and VIP, will go on sale on Aug 8 from 10am to Aug 10 until 11.59pm via Thai Ticket Major's website. Up and coming DJs from across Asia, who want to perform at 'Creamfields Asia 2025' can submit their entries at The deadline is 10.59pm (Thai time) on Aug 8.

Creamfields Asia seeks emerging DJs

In a groundbreaking move to celebrate regional talent, the organisers of Creamfields Asia 2025, which is set to take place in Bangkok in December, are launching an open call for aspiring DJs in Thailand and across Asia to join the lineup and represent their countries on one of the largest stages in electronic music. This first-of-its-kind campaign aims to select one to three emerging DJs from each Asian country, providing them with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at the festival alongside world-renowned artists in front of an audience of 50,000 fans. Creamfields Asia is the biggest edition of the globally renowned dance music festival. Scheduled for Dec 13 and 14 at Impact, Muang Thong Thani, the event will feature a fully immersive indoor production and some of the biggest names in global EDM. Designed to spotlight the incredible diversity of electronic music talent across Asia, the open call is a testament to the festival's commitment to fostering local talent and creating a lineup that truly reflects the region's vibrant music scene. Eligible candidates must be residents of Asian countries, of Asian nationality, and at least 20 years of age, who have the skills, originality and energy to perform music on a global stage in front of thousands of fans. Aspiring DJs can apply by submitting a personal introduction detailing their background and journey as an artist, samples of their best work that represents their unique music style, and a brief explanation of why they should represent their country on the Creamfields Asia stage. Submissions should be made via by Aug 8 (10.59pm Bangkok time). Applications will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts and final selection will be announced on Sept 5.
