Mlaba and the team focused on tackling GBV and drug-related crimes occurring in and around the area. The campaign also raised awareness of the Second-Hand Goods Act 6 of 2009, which regulates the trade in used goods and pawnbrokers. 'Public safety is a shared responsibility, and the police urge communities to join forces with them in the fight against crime,' said Mlaba.
