Car passenger in 20s dies in Crimplesham collision
A car passenger died and another suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash, police 15:37 BST on Wednesday, two cars - a grey Audi A5 and a blue BMW iX1 - collided on the A1122 Downham Road in the village of Crimplesham, near Downham Market."A passenger in the Audi - a man in his 20s - sadly died at the scene," said Norfolk Police, in a statement."The driver of the Audi, a man in his 60s, and two other passengers were taken to hospital. One of those passengers suffered life-threatening injuries," the force. added.
The driver of the BMW, a woman in her 40s, was taken to hospital with serious road was closed while emergency services - including an air ambulance - attended. It reopened at 23: have appealed for witnesses and and dashcam footage.
