Food influencers hit by car while reviewing burgers
A pair of social media influencers have been hit by a car that crashed through a restaurant window as they made a video review. Nina Santiago and Patrick Blackwood were recording the social media content at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston, Texas, when the SUV smashed through the glass on Sunday. In a 30-minute video they posted on YouTube, the couple are seen picking up their sandwich sliders – small burgers – and taking a bite just as the car hits the restaurant. Glass shatters over their food before they are knocked to the floor. Mr Blackwood quickly gets up, grabs Ms Santiago's arm and moves them out of the way. Both escaped with minor cuts and bruises. Ms Santiago, who goes by the handle Nina Unrated, has nearly a million followers across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. She also has an OnlyFans account and often posts videos of dance routines. Mr Blackwood has a much smaller following with his wellness and food content. They share a joint YouTube channel called Unrated EX Files where they visit different restaurants, order vast amounts of food and carry out 'taste tests'. Hospital footage Ms Santiago and Mr Blackwood also included clips from the hospital where they are seen with several cuts on their faces and arms. Ms Santiagio says to the camera that she has 'glass all over her body' and holds up her arm in a bandage. She later says her 'body feels tight' and her 'head hurts a little bit' as she prepares to have stitches. Mr Blackwood called the incident the 'most scariest s--- ever' and said he was 'blessed and grateful' to still be alive. Ms Santiago does not stop filming the pair as they leave the hospital – both wearing blue scrubs – and get into a car. Instead of going straight home, the couple first stop at the restaurant to pick up their car and take a video of the front of the building, with the window boarded up. The video ends with the two creators going back to CuVee's for lunch the following day where they quickly settle in and appear to enjoy their food.

Food influencers escape death after car crashes into restaurant table during filming
An influencer couple is lucky to be alive after an SUV plowed through the window as they sat down to enjoy a meal at one of their favorite restaurants. Nina Santiago, who goes by NinaUnrated, and Patrick Blackwood were sitting down at CuVée's Culinary Creations brunch restaurant in Houston, Texas, to enjoy a meal when the incident unfolded. The couple vlogs their lifestyle and outings to popular Texas restaurants to over 20,000 subscribers online. 'We were just sitting in a cozy booth at our favorite restaurant, enjoying happy hour with an amazing spread of salmon sliders, presidential oysters, a macaroni and cheese flight (classic, lobster, and truffle), shrimp and grits, and some refreshing drinks,' she wrote under the YouTube video. In the clip, the pair are seen enjoying a burger when they are suddenly jolted from their table, and shards of glass are seen flying into the air. The table, filled with various meals, was also sent flying into the air by the force of the crash. In the post, the couple said, 'This SUV came barreling through the glass wall at 35-40 mph [...] it hit right next to Patrick on the outside of the booth.' After the sudden impact, the couple and nearby servers were caught on camera in a state of shock as the banquet scene was destroyed. In the same video, the pair showed the aftermath, including the extent of their injuries, with Nina having slashed her hand and face, and Blackwood with a large cut on his cheek. 'Alright, time for stitches. My body just feels tight, my head hurts a little bit, and my jaw hurts a little bit. I'm just glad I'm alive,' Santiago says. She also revealed that this was the couple's second accident to occur in the same month, which made the incident even more disturbing. 'I don't know if I'm lucky or ******,' she said. The couple was lucky to escape barely unscathed from the near-miss. 'We were inches from disaster, but by some miracle, we're both okay, just shaken and forever changed,' they said, adding, 'Stay safe out there because life is so unexpected. That SUV came out of nowhere, and all we were doing was enjoying a simple meal.' The restaurant shared the clip on their Instagram and wrote, 'It was definitely a crazy weekend at Cuvées. We're just thanking God everyone is safe!' 'Nothing is going to keep us from serving great food and service to our community,' the Instagram story said. It's not immediately clear if the driver of the SUV will face any charges in the case.

Car smashes through window and into influencer couple reviewing their meal
Terrifying footage captured the moment a car crashed through a Texas restaurant as two influencers were reviewing their meal. Food influencers Nina Unrated and Patrick Blackwood were recording at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston when an SUV smashed through the window of the booth they were seated at. The duo, who previously dated, shared a video of the horrific moment on their joint YouTube channel, Unrated Ex Files, on Monday. As the two toasted with their slider sandwiches and took a bite, a vehicle struck the window, sending the influencers flying out of their seats as glass shattered over them. 'We were just sitting in a cozy booth at our favorite restaurant, enjoying happy hour with an amazing spread of salmon sliders, presidential oysters, a macaroni and cheese flight (classic, lobster, and truffle), shrimp and grits, and some refreshing drinks,' the influencers said. 'We were laughing, having a great time, and right as we tapped our sliders together in a "boom!" cheers moment, out of nowhere, this SUV came barreling through the glass wall at 35-40 mph. 'No warning at all, glass shattered everywhere, chaos erupted, and it hit right next to Patrick on the outside of the booth. We were inches from disaster, but by some miracle, we're both okay, just shaken and forever changed.' Nina and Patrick recorded their experience in the hospital and documented their injuries. 'I have glass all over my body... I don't feel good,' Nina said while showing the cuts and bruises on her body in the hospital. In an Instagram update on her injuries, she added, 'It hit us directly, me on his left, him on my right, as I bit into a delicious salmon slider. Out of nowhere, but we survived. 'This experience showed me who truly matters; life's too short for grudges or anger. Let go, forgive, live in the now, and cherish those around you. This could've been our last meal.' Patrick showed the gashes he suffered on his face and head, as well as the other cuts to his body that required stitches in a separate post. 'Grateful to see another day, walking away from the small stuff with a big purpose,' he said. Nina and Patrick emphasized how lucky and grateful they feel to have survived the ordeal. 'This terrifying experience has made us realize just how precious life is. Tomorrow is not promised, do what you want to do today, live happy today, let go of everything holding you back, and forgive everybody. You don't have time for that nonsense,' they said. 'We truly feel like we've been given a second chance, and we're committed to making the most of it. We're aiming to be beyond great, amazing, and we're working on ourselves every day to become better people and crush our goals.
