In an effort to boost Korean cuisine beyond its shores, South Korean food giant CJ CheilJedang's Cuisine.K Project has teamed up with Wan Chai's HANU for a pop-up restaurant where guests can savour contemporary interpretations of classic Korean fare such as dongchimi mulhoe, a cold seafood dish infused with a rich beurre blanc made from a non-spicy kimchi typically
served during the winter months , or the more adventurous Mystery Chicken, inspired by the Korean classic ginseng chicken soup.
