Charlotte Tilbury's 'perfect' lip oil that 'lasts a long time' now under £20 in set

This new duo set lets Charlotte Tilbury fans bag two of the brand's new lip oils for less Charlotte Tilbury recently launched a range of tinted lip oils that shoppers can now grab for less. The Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil Duo allows fans of the iconic makeup brand to save 5% compared to buying each product seperately. The set includes two of Charlotte's new lip oils at £39, meaning shoppers get each item for £19.50, which is cheaper than purchasing one of the products individually (£21). Customers can pick from shades such as Juicylicious Cherry Glaze - a glossy pinky red - or the clear Juicylicious Coconut Water that's ideal for adding over the top of lipstick. Other colours available in the Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil Duo include Juicylicious Pink Watermelon, the brown-pink shade Candy Fig, a light pink named Juicylicious Strawberry Vanilla, and the Juicylicious Pure Peach. The lip oils feature hyaluronic acid and vitamin E to keep pouts hydrated and a clever gel applicator. All of the lip oils contain PH-Powered Filter Tech that adapts to the PH of skin for a shade that's unique to the wearer. Other lip oils available to shop right now include the Gisou Honey Infused Lip Oil which is £24 from Cult Beauty. As a beauty writer it's one of my favourites, and shoppers agree with one saying: "Honey Gold is super glossy, hydrating, and gives your lips a hint of golden shimmer. It looks luxe and feels like a treat every time you apply it." Clarins' super popular Lip Comfort Oil comes in 13 shades and went viral on social media. It's currently available at Next for £25. At Boots, customers can also shop the viral Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil for £33. One shopper said of the product: "This is a lovely non sticky lip colour. Lasts longer than others and is a lovely natural colour." Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Lips Duo £39 Charlotte Tilbury Shop here Product Description If beauty buffs have got their eye on Charlotte Tilbury's Unreal Lips Healthy Glow Nectar Oil Duo then we don't blame them, but one shopper did mention they felt the scent didn't last long enough, writing: "Cute coconut images adorn the lip oil tube, perfect for summer and it glides on smooth. I would give it five stars but I need the scent to last longer. I still use it every day since I received it, great ingredients as always in a Charlotte Tilbury product." Another wasn't impressed with the gloss' price point saying: "Fine lipgloss. But not worth the money tbh." However, the overwhelming majority of reviews for the oils on the Charlotte Tilbury website are positive, with the duo having gained an overall star rating of 4.8 out of five from 108 customer reviews. One shopper said: "Charlotte Tilbury is my go to for multiple makeup products! I love them! I'm very skeptical when it comes to a PH type changing lipstick or gloss. This one hits the mark. It doesn't go super pink or super dark like some others. It's the perfect pink glossy pout. The smell is amazing and the consistency is good, not too thick and not too thin." Another happy customer said: "This lip product glides on so smoothly and feels amazing on the lips. It's the perfect in between, not too sticky but doesn't feel oily either and lasts a long time. "I put it on before I start my workout and when I finish an hour later my lips are still perfectly glossy and hydrated. I also love the very subtle tint it adds, as well as the scent. It's the perfect addition to my lip combo for summer time!"

Inside Faye Winter's makeup bag with ‘brightening' Charlotte Tilbury concealer

Faye shared the exact products she uses on Instagram Love Island star Faye Winter has taken to Instagram to share some of her favourite beauty products, including a Charlotte Tilbury concealer that shoppers love. Faye shared the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer that you can buy from Cult Beauty for £28. The concealer currently has over 200 reviews on the beauty site, with an average star rating of 4.5 out of a possible five stars. One shopper who loved the concealer said: "Amazing brightening concealer, tried in a flagship store to do a wear test and using in conjunction with the corrector has really brightened up my eye area. "It's very hydrating. The shade match is perfect." Faye also shared some of the other beauty products she uses, which include the Trinny London Trinity Multitasker for blush that costs £36. The product is a handy stick that can be used for lips, cheeks, and eyes. For her foundation, Faye used the Huda Beauty Easy Blur, which is currently on offer at Beauty Bay for £26 down from £32, and her bronzer is the £30 Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk'R Instant Warmth Bronzer, which you can also shop at LOOK FANTASTIC. Faye also used the Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush by Selena Gomez's brand Rare Beauty, currently £18 down from £26 at Rare Beauty, and e.l.f's £10 Power Grip Primer that can be bought from Boots. As well as the Charlotte Tilbury concealer, Faye used the brand's popular Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder which is also shoppable at Cult Beauty for £39. Other products used in Faye's post which was titled 'GRWM using cruelty free brands' include the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer which is £19 at LOOK FANTASTIC. This is said to give a hydrating high shine finish. Also in the video and available at LOOK FANTASTIC is the Heliocare 360 Color Gel Oil-Free Sunscreen Protector SPF50+ which retails for £33 but has been cut to £25. If you're in the market for a new concealer and fancy some more options, then you can also shop the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer from LOOK FANTASTIC for £27 that gives a creamy medium to full coverage or the Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer available at Cult Beauty for £29. Despite plenty of shoppers loving the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer, one didn't get on with the formula saying: "Tried to love this… found it drying and wasn't great at covering dark circles. It gives a fair amount of coverage if you don't have major eye bags or discolouration etc." Other shoppers were pleased with their purchase, however, with another writing: "Lovely and lightweight under the eyes . Definitely makes me look less tired." Another dubbed the concealer their 'favourite', commenting "I have tried hundreds of concealers over the years and this is by far my favourite. "Medium coverage, which is good for natural every day and also buildable for more full coverage." A third who titled their review 'fab' wrote "Love this concealer - easy to apply and lovely consistency."

'I spent years battling flat hair, but this £26 volumising haircare range saved me'

Our shopping writer tried out Philip Kingsley's Body Building collection, and the results were amazing For years, I've been grappling with flat, lifeless hair, regardless of the number of styling products I used, my freshly volumised look would inevitably collapse within 30 minutes. I'd essentially resigned myself to the fact that unless I was off to a hairdresser, my aspirations for full, bouncy hair were doomed. That changed when I discovered Philip Kingsley's Body Building collection. I'd heard positive reviews, but after consistently using the products for a few weeks, they genuinely transformed my tresses. As a result my hair feels fuller, glossier, and healthier. The great news is that the Body Building set, which includes travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner, root-boosting spray, and plumping cream, is currently discounted to £26 from £55 via Philip Kingsley's website. It's an ideal opportunity to sample the range without committing to the full-size price tag, particularly for those wary about splashing out on products that might not work for them. Additionally, a broader selection of Philip Kingsley products are also marked down. This includes the full-sized Body Building Shampoo and Conditioner (£49.28 from £56), making it a good time to try the range or replenish favourites. Naturally, Philip Kingsley isn't the only brand offering volumising solutions. Living Proof's Full Shampoo and Conditioner (£52, Cult Beauty) are cult favourites for a reason, promising weightless volume and softness without build-up, reports the Liverpool Echo. Alternatively, Color Wow's Raise the Root Spray (£21.50, Look Fantastic) is another top-seller, providing serious lift without leaving hair feeling sticky or rigid. Plus, it's a hit among celebrity stylists (Kim Kardashian's hairdresser is reportedly a fan). Returning to Philip Kingsley, the first thing that struck me was its sleek packaging and scent. It has the look of a product you'd find in a high-end salon, and the products have a fresh, clean fragrance that isn't too strong. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling soft and nourished, but it wasn't until I used the Root Boosting Spray and Strand Boosting Cream that I saw a real transformation. The spray gave my roots a lightweight lift that lasted, with no stiff or crunchy texture - just natural bounce. While the plumping cream took some getting used to (use sparingly unless you want sticky strands), it made styling considerably easier. My usual hot brush routine actually maintained its shape for hours, which is a first for me. After two weeks of consistent use, I compared some older photos and was genuinely taken aback by the difference. My hair appeared shinier, fuller and healthier (see feature image). While the full-size products are somewhat of an investment (the 250ml shampoo sells for £28), the results make it worthwhile.

The six budget skincare products our experts buy on repeat

There are some beauty products that warrant a more expensive price tag; certain serums and luxury make-up that have real dressing table appeal. But then again, there are some brilliantly affordable products that perform so well there's no need to pay more than £15. Here are the high street skincare products our beauty and fashion team buy on repeat. Cicaplast Balm B5 Multi-Purpose Repairing Balm 40ml, £11, La Roche-Posay on Cult Beauty I was first introduced to this moisturiser around nine years ago, when I had my first son. I was looking for an alternative nappy cream to the default option at the time: Sudocrem, the bright, white paste that came in a hefty grey plastic tub. I found the formula too greasy and gloopy. Cicaplast Baume B5, I was told by a few friends, was the alternative choice. A popular product in French pharmacies – but pleasingly also available at Boots – it came in an easy-to-dispense tube, was fragrance-free and felt like a luxury moisturiser. I was sold, and have been using it ever since. It's packed with soothing ingredients like panthenol and vitamin B5 and is one of those all-purpose creams that can be used by the whole family. When my middle child had a little patch of mild eczema on his cheeks as a toddler, this was the only cream that helped. More recently, I've used it on my own face if I've spent a bit too much time in the sun or if I've used too strong a skincare product. I slap a dollop of this on my face and all is well by the morning. For me, this is the sort of cream that belongs in a first aid kit at home. I'll always have a tube of Cicaplast to hand. Gentle skin cleanser, £17, Cetaphil from Boots Moons ago when I first began writing about beauty, New York dermatologists were recommending this humble cleanser to mortals like me looking for inexpensive skincare that doesn't strip the skin. Two decades ago that wasn't as easy as it is now, thanks to brands like The Ordinary that made affordable unsexy skincare cool and credible. Originally developed in 1947 by a Texan pharmacist for customers with sensitive skin, Cetaphil is a soap-free, non-comedogenic (meaning it won't block your pores) range that works as well on my dry 51-year-old skin as it does on my daughter's blemish-prone complexion. Though these days the brand is available in the UK, I still miss the thrill of bringing bottles back home in my suitcase from the US. As the name suggests, you can expect a gentle foaming cleanser containing panthenol, niacinamide and glycerine to cleanse and hydrate without the tight skin feeling. A little goes a long way but when I do run out I order their roomy (710ml) refill pouch. Facial Superfood Oil by Q&A, £8.50, Sephora If you enjoy using oils as part of your skincare routine, especially massage, you'll know they can get pricy. Mature skins especially, tend to soak up the oils, and the afterglow you can achieve through a combination of gua sha and the right oil becomes addictive. I try to massage my skin at least once a day, either using a gua sha jade stone (I love Hayou's upgraded gua sha tool with its serrated edge on one edge, which really allows you to get into fine lines, stimulating the skin's own collagen production and a curved edge for sculpting cheekbones) or my hands. With consistent use, the reduction in lines and depuffing (which results in a more 'snatched' look) can be remarkable. As prep, I like first to apply a serum containing actives. DoSe has hyaluronic acid, squalane and ergothioneine, which protects against oxidative stress and pollution, with antioxidant properties that help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It's a competitive £30 and lasts around six months. On top comes an oil. Even if you follow a gua sha practice primarily to decongest your skin and treat spots, you should never attempt any massage without using oils or you'll find you're pulling and dragging your skin. You need enough decent glide, but not so much that you can't get a grip on the skin. Q+As superfood facial oil is an excellent weight for massage – nourishing but not too thick. It contains Vitamins A, C, E and F – lots of lovely fatty acids to plump and feed skin, at an excellent value for money price that means you can use it as liberally as needed. You could pop a moisturiser on top, but it's not mandatory. Hydrating Moisturiser by CeraVe, £12.37, Boots When I took the prescription retinoid drug Roaccutane to treat my adult acne, I was delighted with the skin-clearing effects. However, around three years after completing a course, I noticed that my breakouts were creeping back. I was disappointed and considering going back on the medication for a second course – until I started using CeraVe's Facial Moisturising Lotion (along with the brand's Hydrating Cleanser) exclusively about a year ago. Within a few weeks, my skin cleared up and (touch wood) it's stayed clear since, with just the odd pimple to deal with every now and then. The moisturiser itself feels light and is non-comedogenic, but having niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and ceramides in there seems to be the key, for me, to achieving enough hydration without disrupting the delicate oil balance. I think it's all about finding what works for your skin and given that you can pick this up for as little as £13, it's definitely worth a try. Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash, £2.47, Superdrug I've never been one to overcomplicate my skincare, I've stuck to the same routine for 10 years. From a young age I would see my mother, who has enviable skin, use just a bar of Dove soap. I've followed the same simple ideology. As someone with sensitive skin, I have three pillars that make a holy grail skincare product. It must be gentle, perfume-free and very hydrating. In the mornings I'll use Simple's Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash to prep my face for skincare and make-up. In the evenings, I'll use the brand's Protect 'n' Glow Express Glow Clay Polish to help remove any make-up residue. This is perfect to use after a day of running around the city, and I love how I can buy both products for under a fiver. Hydrating Cleanser by CeraVe, £12.50, Cult Beauty I struggled with acne for years and it wasn't until I consulted dermatologist Dr Ophelia Veraitch that I cleared up my skin. My serums are personalised with minimal but active ingredients and I rely on slightly pricier products like Skinceuticals sunscreen and Ilia Base Face Milk which don't clog my pores. However, for a cleanser, Dr Ophelia recommended CeraVe's Hydrating Facial Cleanser, which comes in at £12.50. I use it twice a day, in the shower in the morning and between my make up remover and night serum in the evening, making sure my skin is damp before I apply. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin I highly recommend checking to see if products are non-comedogenic before buying, which has saved me a lot of money and grief over the years. CeraVe's cleanser is gentle, hydrating and works with the other actives in my serums which means I'm not stripping away my skin barrier. It's available in big supermarkets and lasts for at least 6 months, bringing the cost per use to less than 3p – bargain!

'I tried Gwyneth Paltrow's iconic cream blush, it's my secret to a healthy, flushed look'

The Chantecaille Cheek Gelée is a buildable sheer liquid blush that is perfect to wear in summer, and it keeps my skin hydrated As we age and our skin changes, our makeup preference evolves, and for me, I have opted for makeup with skincare benefits and for the hot weather, my skin needs a big drink. My recent scroll on social media led me to Chantecaille Cheek Gelée, a hydrating liquid gel-cream blush with a texture as light as a serum but with a lasting power of a stain. The liquid blush is a bestseller from the French luxury beauty brand and is loved by celebrities including GOOP founder Gwyneth Paltrow. Fans will know that the 52-year-old actress has been advocating for a holistic approach to health long before everyone and the products she used are always clean with no toxic chemicals. That's what sold me to try the Chantecaille Cheek Gelée, it's been such a popular product that the brand has made the shades permanent and they are - Happy, Lively, Vibrant, Euphoric, Delight and Thrill - priced at £45 each. I got myself in shade Lively, which is a fresh peach shade that Gwyneth also wore at the premiere of Avengers: The End Game. Celebrity makeup artist Georgie Eisdell explained: "I dabbed the Cheek Gelée in Lively, a coral peach shade, onto the apples of the cheeks to give a beautiful glow and a pop of colour." Undoubtedly, this is more expensive than the blushes at drug stores but what makes the Cheek Gelée stand out is the texture. I have tried many liquid blushes in the past and most of them left my skin with a greasy feeling but the Chantecaille one does not, it is lightweight and smooth without catching any hair on my cheeks. Lively is a beautiful peach shade, and while it is easily buildable for intensity, I want it to be slightly more pigmented. The first time I used it I applied it in a blending motion with my fingers and realised that most of the pigments disappeared. So the next time I followed Georgie's advice and dabbed the blush on with a light finger tap, the shade came through and left a glowing sheen on my cheeks. The effect is similar to Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dewy Flush, which I also enjoy using in summer but it might not be suitable for people who are sensitive to fragrance. It is currently on offer at Cult Beauty and reduced from £22 to £17.60. However the glass bottle design is more suitable for at-home use than travel. Rare Beauty's Soft Pinch Liquid Blush is my second go-to, and I use the shade Virtue in summer. Available at SpaceNK for £24, the blush leaves a thicker consistency in texture. The Chantecaille Cheek Gelée formula is vegan, gluten-free, and shoppers also loved the blush. One said: "I have the Cheek Gelée in all colours now. My favourite is still Lively. I have found you only need a very small amount. This gives you a nice rosy winter look. Highly recommend all colours." Another added: "This is a really nice alternative to powder blushes - loved the way it blends into skin creating a natural healthy look. It can easily be layered up to achieve the intensity I need. It also stays on my skin quite long." For those interested in trying the Chantecaille liquid blush can click here to explore all available shades.
