Resolv Labs Secures $10 Million Seed Funding for Crypto Platform

Dubai-based cryptocurrency startup Resolv Labs has raised $10 million in seed funding, which will be used to expand its stablecoin innovations and crypto yield strategies.
The funding round was led by and Maven11, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, SCB Limited, Animoca Ventures, Arrington Capital, and several other investors, including Gumi Cryptos, NoLimit Holdings, and Robot Ventures.
Founded in 2023, Resolv Labs specialises in low-risk investment strategies within the cryptocurrency space. Its flagship product, the Resolv Protocol, uses a delta-neutral strategy to offer stable returns for holders of its USR stablecoin, pegged to the US dollar. This approach is designed to mitigate the risks typically associated with crypto market volatility.
The company plans to use the raised capital to broaden its crypto yield strategies by integrating Bitcoin-based techniques and deepening partnerships with institutional digital asset managers. Resolv Labs also intends to expand onto additional blockchain platforms, broadening its customer base and reach.
Since launching in September 2024, Resolv Labs has seen growth, with assets under management (AUM) peaking at over $600 million. However, recent market slowdowns have caused a decline in AUM, with current figures around $450 million.
