Dubai Health Authority Partners with ESCP Business School to Launch AI Leadership Programme
The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ESCP Business School to launch a specialised training programme focused on the strategic application of artificial intelligence in healthcare leadership. The agreement was formalised during Dubai AI Week and marks a major step in strengthening the emirate's drive towards digital health innovation. The six-week programme, developed with international experts in AI, cybersecurity, and data strategy, will train 30 DHA executives and department heads. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an internationally accredited diploma from ESCP Business School in Paris. Designed to enhance strategic decision-making and promote the adoption of data-driven approaches, the initiative aims to boost efficiency, innovation, and sustainable performance across the Authority. It also aligns with Dubai's broader vision of maintaining global competitiveness in digital health. Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director-General of DHA, said the programme reflects the Authority's commitment to developing advanced leadership that can harness AI technologies across healthcare operations. He emphasised the importance of creating an agile, future-ready healthcare system capable of keeping pace with global advancements. Cédric Denis-Remis, representative of ESCP Business School, highlighted that the programme blends theoretical and practical learning to equip leaders with the skills needed for AI-driven transformation.
