While it may seem like a myth to some, the story of this young man proves otherwise. He turned challenges into stepping stones, and dreams into reality — showing the world that where you come from doesn't limit where you can go. Aditya Vats has always been a bright and hardworking student. Speaking about his educational qualification, Aditya began his early education at DAV School in Patna, where he consistently performed exceptionally well in every class. After studying in Patna until Class 5, he moved with his family to Hazaribagh and enrolled at DAV Hazaribagh. According to a Prabhat Khabar report, Aditya topped his school in Class 10 with an outstanding score of 97.8% in 2019. After school, Aditya began preparing for admission into the top engineering institutes in the country. During this time, Aditya not only focused on cracking the IIT entrance exam but also successfully cracked prestigious examinations such as Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana(KVPY) and Indian National Mathematical Olympiad(INMO). After cracking the IIT entrance exam, Aditya secured admission to IIT (BHU) Varanasi, where he pursued a in Computer Science. During his time there, he actively participated in various technical projects, which helped him gain recognition in the industry. Aditya hails from Devkuli village in the Buxar district of Bihar. Aditya received a job offer from a prestigious software company in the United States with an annual package of Rs 68 lakh. This achievement is not only a matter of pride for him but also serves as an inspiration for countless young people from states like Bihar and Jharkhand, proving that with dedication and talent, no dream is out of reach.

Patiala: Hours after the CBSE declared results for Class X board exams, the students here expressed their happiness at excelling in the DAV School here, those who scored above 90% in the Class X exam included Kriti Gusain and Vidushi Garg, both of whom scored 98.8% marks. Bhavya Malhotra, Kashish, and Harnoor secured 98.6% each, while Devesh Goyal obtained 98%. Rudraksh Valecha scored 97.2%. Lady of Fatima Convent Secondary School , Patiala, celebrated 100% pass percentage. Chaahna and Kriti Goyal topped the school with 98.6% marks. The two were followed by Sehajpreet Kaur (97.6%) and Anika and Vanshika, both of whom achieved 97.4% of a total of 132 students who appeared in the CBSE Class X exam, 61 scored 90% and above, 53 scored 80% and above, 12 scored 70% and above, and six students scored 60% and principal expressed her gratitude to God and attributed the achievement to the intellectual rigour and perseverance of the students, the guidance of the faculty, and the support of the parent school extended congratulations to all the Fatimans for their success and wished them continued excellence in their academic 121144027 413 |

At 91%, pass rate in Haryana goes up for Class XII, barely any change for Class X

Gurgaon: Haryana students continue to shine this year as well in the board examinations, the results of which were released by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday. In the Panchkula region — which includes all Haryana districts — 91.1% of the Class XII students and 92.7% of Class X students who appeared for the papers in Haryana cleared them. Last year, the pass percentage for Class XII in the Panchkula region was 90.2, while it was 92.1 for Class X. Across India, the region ranked 8th in pass percentage for Class XII, which is the same rank as the previous year and 10 in pass percentage for Class X, a slight upward move from last year's 12th total, 86,560 boys and 67,108 girls appeared for the Class XII exam, out of which 88.6% of boys passed, while 94.3% of girls passed Class XII examination. In Class X, 111,867 boys and 78,782 girls appeared for exams, out of which 91% of boys and 95.2% of girls passed the in Gurgaon scored as high as 99.5% in the science stream, 99.4% in commerce and 99% in humanities. Among the high performers, Aditya Kumar, a student of Blue Bells Model School-4, scored 99.5% marks in the science stream. Aditya also cleared the JEE Mains exam and secured an All India Rank of 79. Aditya said, "I started my preparation in Class VIII due to my interest in maths and science for JEE. I knew it would be tough to balance academics, including the preparation for the competitive exam, so I focused more on problems while maintaining crystal clear concepts. I focused more on previous year questions and made short notes of the important chapters." Divya Ghildyal, a student of humanities in Class XII of Sector 45 DPS, scored 99% marks. Divya said she did self-study and prepared for the exam with sample papers. Divya wants to complete her further studies at Delhi University. For higher studies, she has decided to choose political science as a subject. Divya mentioned that after coming home from school, she "used to complete her homework and start preparing for the exam in the evening". She scored 94.2% marks in Class a student of the commerce faculty from the same school who scored 99.4%, credited this achievement to his teachers and parents. He said he prepared for the board exam by taking guidance from the teacher. Tanay said, "I made notes for the exam and prepared from them. I identified my weak subjects and focused on them. School tests and pre-boards showed that I needed to focus more on the English subject. So I did that." Tanay is currently preparing for X students from various schools across the city also achieved exceptional results. Among the top performers was Soumya Tuteja from DAV School, Sector 49, who scored an impressive 99.6%. Amity International School's Vanya Saluja secured 99.2%, while Charvi Sehgal from DPS School and Tanishq from DAV School both scored 99%.Soumya attributed her success to her parents and teachers, highlighting the importance of self-study and doubt-clearing sessions. She mentioned she used to write down her doubts at home and clarify them with her teachers the next Saluja, whose mother is a gynaecologist and father a clinical research scientist in South Korea, expressed her happiness at the results. Her mother celebrated by offering her sweets. Vanya also credited her parents for her Sehgal and Tanishq, both scoring 99%, expressed satisfaction with their results, reflecting the high academic standards maintained by schools in the city.

During recent tensions between India and Pakistan, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri emerged as the central figure in the Indian government's communication strategy. As the face of India's press briefings since the launch of Operation Sindoor, Misri provided updates on military actions, ceasefire negotiations, and responses to provocations from across the border. Who is Vikram Misri? Vikram Misri was born on November 7, 1964, in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, into a Kashmiri Hindu family. His schooling took him across the region, attending Burn Hall School and DAV School in Srinagar, Carmel Convent School in Udhampur, and later the Scindia School in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. For higher education, Misri pursued a degree in History from Hindu College, University of Delhi, before earning an MBA from XLRI – Xavier Labour Relations Institute in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Before joining government service, he worked for three years in advertising with Lintas India in Mumbai and Contract Advertising in Delhi. Vikram Misri's diplomatic career Vikram Misri joined the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) in 1989. Early in his diplomatic career, he served in Indian missions in Brussels and Tunis, and later at the Ministry of External Affairs' Pakistan desk. His expertise in South Asian affairs was further honed through a series of high-profile assignments: - Private Secretary to Prime Ministers: Misri served as private secretary to three Indian prime ministers: IK Gujral, Manmohan Singh, and Narendra Modi -Ambassadorial posts: He was India's ambassador to Spain (2014–2016), Myanmar (2016–2018), and China (2019–2021). Notably, as ambassador to China during the 2020–2021 border skirmishes, Misri played a key role in diplomatic negotiations at a time of heightened tensions. -Deputy National Security Advisor: From January 2022 to July 2024, Misri served as Deputy National Security Advisor, handling strategic affairs at the highest level. Helming press briefings amid India-Pakistan tensions Last week, as foreign secretary, Vikram Misri became the face of the Indian government's communications during a period of heightened military tensions with Pakistan, particularly during 'Operation Sindoor'. - Ceasefire announcement: On May 10, Misri announced a mutual ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan, following four days of cross-border drone and missile strikes that brought the region to the brink of wider conflict. He explained that the agreement was reached after a call between the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of both countries, with the ceasefire taking effect immediately. - Responding to violations: When reports emerged of ceasefire violations by Pakistan just hours after the agreement, Misri promptly addressed the media again, condemning the breaches and assuring that India's armed forces were responding appropriately. He called on Pakistan to take the agreement seriously and reiterated India's commitment to maintaining vigilance along the borders. Senior leaders such as Shashi Tharoor and Asaduddin Owaisi have publicly praised his conduct, emphasising that civil servants like Misri are responsible for implementing decisions made by the government, not for the decisions themselves. Vikram Misri is recognised for his fluency in English, Hindi, and Kashmiri, with a working knowledge of French. Misri is married to Dolly Misri and has two children.

1 2 3 Chatra : Four unknown bike-borne criminals shot a land dealer near the Bhabhne Shiv temple near DAV School located on Chatra-Dobhi main road (NH-22) under Sadar police station area, on Sunday night. The land dealer has been identified as Bandhu Yadav(35), who was shot half a dozen times in the stomach and chest. Police rushed him to sadar hospital.
