DESCO Infratech secures orders worth Rs 9.53 crore from BPCL and others

DESCO Infratech Limited announced on July 14 that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and additional orders from Torrent Gas Chennai Private Limited and Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited, totaling ₹9.53 crore.
According to the regulatory filing with BSE, the company had earlier informed about being the lowest bidder (L1) for the BPCL project on July 8, 2025. The newly confirmed contracts cover work including laying of PE networks, MDPE pipelines, PNG connections, and associated city gas distribution services across Ahmednagar and Chennai, along with patrolling and surveillance support services in Pune.
The total order value of ₹9,53,26,291.70 includes GST, and all contracts are domestic in nature. DESCO clarified that none of the promoters or promoter group have any interest in the awarding entities, and these do not qualify as related party transactions.
The company stated that the projects will be executed as per the terms of the respective contracts.
