Get ready for Snow Run with Ski Dubai's morning hikes
Dubai: Ski Dubai, in partnership with Dubai Sports Council, will host the sixth edition of the DXB Snow Run on Sunday, May 18. To help participants get ready for the event, Ski Dubai is inviting all runners aged 13 to 70 to the Morning Hikes, taking place from Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and Saturday to Sunday 7am to 9am. Morning Hikes Designed to get participants ready to navigate the slopes in -4⁰C, Morning Hikes at Ski Dubai include access to a dedicated snowy trail on the slopes, free locker rental, and a breakfast meal at North 28. Choose from a wide selection of healthy breakfast meals served fresh daily, from Alpine Breakfast, Avocado on Toast, Croque Madame, Salmon Benedict, Spinach Pancake, and more. DXB Snow Run Don't miss DXB Snow Run. Beat the summer heat in this one-of-a-kind outing, perfect for both families and corporate teams for some fun healthy competition. Choose from two distances, 3km (3 loops) or 5km (5 loops) and battle it out individually or join forces as a team of five where you will be competing against other teams. Each person who crosses the finish line will receive a commemorative medal. The top 3 participants from each category will also get a chance to step up to the podium and bring home cool prizes. Registration ends on May 15. Back by popular demand, DXB Snow Run was first launched in 2020 and was one of the first snow sports competitions in the world to take place post-lockdown. Since then, it has become an annual event, hosting a record number of 600 athletes from 55 nationalities in last year's edition alone.

Snow Run Returns: Chill Challenge Awaits Runners Inside Ski Dubai This May
The Dubai Sports Council, in partnership with Majid Al Futtaim, has officially opened registration for the sixth edition of the DXB Snow Run—set to take place on 18 May 2025 at Ski Dubai in Mall of the Emirates. This one-of-a-kind race remains the only indoor snow run in the Middle East, drawing runners from around the world. Participants aged 16 and above can choose between two race categories: 3 km or 5 km. Open to all fitness levels and nationalities, the event promises a unique summer experience with sub-zero temperatures inside Ski Dubai dropping to -4°C—offering a stark and exciting contrast to Dubai's desert heat. The DXB Snow Run is part of Dubai's broader push to promote inclusive, innovative sports events that support the emirate's vision for sports tourism and year-round athletic engagement. It also emphasizes the city's commitment to providing opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds to stay active. Training sessions are already underway to help participants gear up for race day. Ski Dubai is hosting daily morning snow hikes for ages 13 to 70—running Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and weekends from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Registration is now live on PremierOnline and will remain open until 15 May 2025. The world's most innovative IMAX experience is now open in Mall of the Emirates

It's truly a unique and intimate way to watch a movie with family or friends. *Get ready: DXB Snow Run returns to Ski Dubai this May* Inside the pods, guests are treated to VOX's renowned luxury cinema concept 'THEATRE,' which includes reclining seats, pillows, blankets, and full waiter service. They can enjoy treats from a specially curated menu from the THEATRE experience, delivered straight to their seats – an offer introduced for the first time ever inside an IMAX auditorium. Each of the pods can accommodate five guests. The pods also include access to the exclusive THEATRE Lounge, where guests can relax before or after their screening. As for the actual screen, it uses a 4K Laser Projection System which delivers heightened resolution, sharper and brighter images, and deeper contrast. In other words, what you will see on screen will almost be life-like.
