‘Beautiful Mistake' on display now at The Cooperative Gallery 213
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A local abstract artist is inviting the community to participate in an interactive experience as she discusses her current art show.
Natalie Dadamio's exhibition 'Beautiful Mistake' is currently on view at The Cooperative Gallery 213 in Binghamton.
The show consists of 18 paintings and two drawing wall installations.
Dadamio uses simple line, shape, and form to convey a deeper meaning about the unexpected moments that happen in our lives. Her work focuses on the use of color and emotion.
Dadamio says art, like life, is all about surprises.
'I really work with a lot of raw emotion, and the process is very important to me. The happy accidents, the little moments, the surprises, it's kind of an intricate journey just like life,' said Dadamio.
Dadamio is hosting an interactive Artist Talk on Thursday at 7 p.m. at The Cooperative Gallery 213.
During the event, she will discuss her creative process. There will also be demonstrations that those in attendance can participate in.
Dadamio's 'Beautiful Mistake' will be on display throughout the remainder of the month.
